Very modern self-catering unit. Rooms overlook the sea with a large veranda that can be closed with transparent roll-up sails. Lawn with facilities for braai. Is on the sea in a very quiet section. Owner is the most friendly person and always there to help and make recommendations. Jongensfontein together with Walter's Place is a paradise in its own right. Go experience it!
Our grandmother got married at 79 and we booked the place for her and her husband. They were very impressed and really enjoyed their view.

Equipment, cutlery, bed linen, towels etc. of high quality. Construction and finishing of the unit is professional and of a high standard! Beautiful place. We will definitely visit there again.
Wonderful place and view.
We stayed one night in the open plan Studio unit. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The bed and mattress were comfortable and we slept well. There were quality white linen on the bed, as well as blankets in the closet. The kitchen had a microwave oven, a large fridge and there were nice crockery and cutlery. Coffee and milk were also provided. There was a fireplace, which came in handy with the unpleasant weather, you just have to provide your own wood. We could watch the rugby on the TV in the unit. The bathroom was large with a nice shower, fast hot water was available, the sink had a large mirror and the toilet had spare paper. Good quality bath towels were provided. A nice treat was the Charlotte Rhys products, shower and hand soap, body and hand cream. The mats on the floor were beautifully clean. We had a nice view of the sea, and our check-in and check-out was very convenient. Parking was outside on the grass in front of the main building. We can recommend Walter's Place for a pleasant stay.

Ideal place to get away, rest and fully enjoy the sea. As animal lovers, the host's schnauzers were the nicest surprise and best company by the fire every afternoon. Clean, tidy and load shedding not a problem, they catered.

The location of Walters Place is beautifully situated next to the sea. We could not get enough of the beauty of the waves rolling in. The premises themselves contained everything required for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the various walks along the sea.

Very neat surroundings, on the sea/beach with incredible views. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very well equipped, modern bathrooms and fittings, enough lighting (has inverter), WiFi excellent. Just a pity for domestic dogs that needlessly woke you up at 6 in the morning barking when the owner went out to pick up the housekeeper! It put a bit of a damper on an incredibly nice stay.

What a wonderful experience. The first time in Jongensfontein and Stilbaai (at my age) and it's like my friend says: You sit on your bed and you have the best "Screensaver" in front of you. No need for battery or electricity and it changes from second to second. It was delicious, but just too short! Our place had everything you needed. Very high quality linen that is an indication of high esteem for vacationers. Will definitely see me again.
