Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke in the designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Respect the peace and privacy of the neighbours by obtaining quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00. Please do not make noise in the corridors as it echoes.
The maximum number of guests is 4; however, there is an extra mattress available for an extra guest on request and prior arrangement.
Any parties or private functions are not allowed.
Please treat the property and its belongings with care and respect. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party and should be settled immediately.
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property to conserve electricity.
Dispose of waste in the provided bins. Do not leave the garbage outside as it may attract pests. Use the dustbins in the complex if you want to dispose of the garbage.
The pool can be used up until 20:00. Kids need to be supervised. No glass items like plates, cups or glasses to be used near the pool. You can have drinks and snacks in plastic cups or plates. Please keep the pool area clean if you use it.
Ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the property. Report any security concerns immediately to the host or the security available at the gate.
Guests must comply with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to noise ordinances, waste, disposal guidelines and parking regulations.
Familiarise yourself with emergency procedures, including the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. In case of an emergency contact the host or the security at the gate. The important phone numbers are displayed on the fridge and in his booklet.
The supplied like tea, coffee, sugar, dustbin bags, toiletries etc are provided only upon arrival. Please make your own provision if staying for longer.
The rooms are cleaned before arrival and after departure. However, if you want the house to be cleaned during your stay then an extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost. This extra cleaning service includes washing, drying, ironing, dishes, cleaning and mopping of the apartment.
There is a paid laundromat in the complex.
At the end of your stay, please hand over the keys to the security at the gate and give the details for the sign-out.
