It was amazing! The house has everything you need and more! The views are stunning, and we loved the safari game drive vehicle. We had a wonderful time, thank you! Lea is super helpful and supportive. Absolutely 5 star!
Very comfortable and a beautiful setting.
Absolutely wonderful stay, it felt like home!
We had a wonderful stay at Warthog Lodge. Lea is an incredible host, she was very kind and accommodating and took the time to brief us well on Mabalingwe's rules, things to do in the area, stuff in the house, and more. Warthog Lodge is beautiful. The house (especially the kitchen) is well equipped, which results in a very comfortable stay, the view is absolutely incredible and the boma was such a nice spot to feel immersed in nature. We'll definitely be back!
Amazing location, wonderful host.
This is a great place in a great location. There are some 'solar' security lights. But there are many dark places, especially near the stairs and walkways, that could do with lighting. The separate chalets' porches could also do with 'solar' security lights that turn on automatically when it gets dark. There are also some regular light bulbs that need to be replaced. A few large trees also need to be removed which block the view. But I would stay there again and would also recommend it.
Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Lea couldn't have been more supportive. She communicated regularly and effectively.
Very nice place - everything you could need and more, nice swimming and braai facilities. Nice visit with the family around the boma. Want to walk around the lodge. Love it there.
Excellent place and Lea was an excellent hostess.
What a wonderful experience staying in Warthog Lodge. Nature is on your doorstep and there is no end to the view. We will definitely visit this gem again.
The view, facilities and the decor are amazing. The kitchen is excellently equipped, you don't need to take anything with you. The braai area (boma) is the nicest place to visit. One of the best places we have ever vacationed.
Best kitchen ever! Good location.
Beautiful house! Amazing views! The host is great and helpful!
We will definitely be back. Was amazing and the pics don't lie. Really gorgeous, comfy place with everything you need.
The accommodation was outstanding. The view is breathtaking. We had the best time. Highly recommended.
So nicely equipped with only the very best accessories inside the house. The most beautiful view from the deck.
Stunning location and house. Beautiful sunsets. Romantic. Clean. Rustic. African. Safe.
Value for money. Nice view. Nice that 2 rooms are separate from main house space for privacy. Lovely outdoor showers and boma area lovely to visit in the evening.
The house was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. Lea, the host, was amazing and kept sending information about the place. Decor was stunning. If I really have to nitpick then the only thing was just all the cameras that are outside on the property, so it half felt like you weren't private. But overall it was a great weekend away. Perfect host, perfect house. The people really try to make you feel welcome.
We would definitely go here again! Was a really nice vacation!
Had a very nice weekend at Warthog lodge and would definitely recommend the place.
The house is so beautiful and fully equipped for a holiday with family or friends and is safe for small children. The owner is so nice and helpful with any questions. Can't wait to go back again for a longer vacation.
Perfect in many ways. The layout is unique and works very well. The separate units create good privacy. The outdoor showers are amazing. The boma area and braai facilities are very good. One can experience a true bushveld experience in absolute style at this place. The game drives were a highlight every day and one can see areas where few other people come. Would go again anytime.
We really loved our holiday and had a great stay. There really is somerhing fo everyone, you only need food and clothes. We will definitely be back.
Well located. Helpful. Good communication with the owner and good assistance. Recommendations: Aircons in the rooms, screens in front of the windows.
You just need to take yourself, clothes and food. Warthog Lodge has everything you need. The view over the reserve is wonderful. We enjoyed the calm and the well equipped facilities.
