Please respect your fellow guests' enjoyment by ensuring that there is no noise or disturbance at any time, but especially after 10pm. The playing of loud music at any time is not acceptable. The failure to adhere to this will result in the request to please vacate the unit and resort.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not "split" the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you've not abided by these requirements, you and/ or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation, and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the
resort.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.
Smoking in units, on patios, or any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and/ or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities and public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government.

If you want to relax without a nagging mobile phone, this is the place to relax.
Reception's service great. Helen who cleaned the chalet was very helpful. Restaurant's service (waitresses) was really bad. We paid for 2 pizzas that we didn't eat. Unfortunately only realized this after the time.
It was a pleasant trip and the resort is well equipped with lots of activities for the kids. There is, however, very little to do if the weather isn't good because it's very basic. The price is also quite steep considering the activities aren't automatically included as part of the stay.
What we loved: 1. Loved the place. The chalets are very clean, spacious and well equipped. 2. Beautiful verandas with braai facilities and a relaxing spot. 3. The view is beautiful. 4. Walkways were clean and safe. To improve: 1. Please communicate prior to finalising the booking that there is zero signal at the lodge, especially in the chalets. 2. Restaurant meals can be improved. The strawberry daiquiri was a massive miss and breakfast was average. 3. The playrooms close a bit too early at 7:00 pm for school holidays. The kids were still playing at that time, maybe consider extending to 8:00 pm please.
Pitches are neat and have all the necessary facilities.
Units are very neat. Cleaning services were included which was a bonus. The wildlife just roams between the units and is relatively tame. Children's play areas and swimming pool with small super tube (pool is not heated), putt-putt course, different walking routes to choose from. There is only signal mostly at the restaurant area which is great for quality time with your loved ones. WiFi code is available for a fee if you couldn't live without it. Good location. The dirt road there is also well maintained.
It was a lovely holiday, with lots to do for children. The animals walking around everywhere were a big plus and treat! We had a great time in a chalet and fed the animals on our porch every morning. Everything is very neat and clean and in very good condition. This is truly a destination we would recommend to any family - especially with children. We enjoyed every moment.
The cellphone network could be approved.
No preparation for guests. No ice cream in the fridges at the store. Not water for sale, not Cream Soda. Card machine not working at cafe. Have to walk to the restaurant every time. Food is ridiculously expensive. Cheesecake is not fresh. Milk shake machines do not work. Not even allowed to eat an ice cream by the pool.

The Two Bedroom Apartment with Patio can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children under the age of 12 and 1 infant under the age of 2 in a cot. It comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, as well as 2 single sleeper couches suitable for children in the lounge. The Three Bedroom Luxury Chalet with Splash pool can accommodate 6 guests and 1 infant under the age of 2 in a cot. It comprises 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.
Each chalet features 2 bathrooms with a shower in each, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with selected DStv channels, and a private patio with braai facilities. The chalets are serviced daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
