This unit is very centrally situated with secure parking. It is also very neat, and the communication with the owner was quick, easy, and pleasant, for example, regarding access, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Lovely inn in central Knysna.
Accommodation was safe. Hot water in the shower was a problem. Storage space for clothes in the second room was a problem (shelves were packed with towels, i.e. one closet was a storage space). Watching TV was a problem: we couldn't watch Netflix and YouTube shows.
You literally don't have to bring anything from home except your food and clothes. Everything you need is there. Will definitely come back.

The Waterfront was a bit of a disappointment with all the empty shops.
A clean, warm welcoming apartment, everything about it excellent. Crockery, bedding, we just struggled with Wi-Fi and TV, perfect response and support when we struggled,.
I would rather have a shower in both bedrooms. The bath upstairs was problematic for us. The set of stairs to the unit with suitcases was a hassle. Furthermore, everything is nice, tidy and everything works.
Nice stay. Spacious and tidy. However, was under the impression that one has a sea view. This is the only negative criticism. Otherwise very good. Close to waterfront and restaurants and convenient for exploring Knysna.

The apartment is one block away from the popular Waterfront. Neat and clean with only the best equipment. We will stay there anytime.

Very neat and clean and very centrally located. Just note: Apartment is located on 2nd floor and therefore must climb 2 sets of stairs from undercover parking area. The TV is a smart TV and you need your own subscription to eg. Netflix to watch something.
