Can provide more information to foreigners who are not familiar with "loadshedding" etc. Larger bath towels for adults will make a big difference. André, who looks after the units, was so helpful and pleasant to work with. He deserves a special word of thanks for everything!
Everything was great! Neat luxury accommodation. Breathtaking natural scenes on your doorstep. We were just caught off guard about 1) The cleaning fee, but no cleaning ever came, probably only for after the time when we left. 2) Do not check on the website what facilities are on the resort, you may not use them, certain facilities (the spa, pool, etc.) may not be used by vacationers like us!
We had an amazing stay. The house and the view was perfect! Would definitely recommend and visit again.
I must say it was by far the best self catering accommodation I've been to. The place had a nice homely feeling to it so it was really your home away from home. The surroundings was so peaceful and tranquil a perfect getaway from the city. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing day or night. The travel is not demanding when your in Cape Town. Can maybe look at the swimming facilities.
The place exceeded our expectation! It was clean and cosy. Everything was effortless, on arrival we received the keys and made our way to the apartment. While braaing, we overlooked the lake while watching the sunset. The view is breathtaking. We will definitely be back soon.
