22 guests' feedbackThe sign up process was very time consuming. I was also expected on arrival to pay more money, after I had already paid the full amount on booking. The location was excellent, but the unit itself needs some work. The shower in the 2nd bathroom's shower head was broken and could not be used. The cushions on the patio furniture are full of holes. WiFi was included but stopped working at 11pm that night and never came back on the next day. The elevator had a very unpleasant smell. The bedrooms and beds were of good quality.
Words cannot describe the experience. It is a piece of heaven on earth. Your mind and body feel refreshed after your stay in this piece of gold in a busy life we live. Do not hesitate to stay here. It's worth it over and over again.
Juliette 507 was absolutely amazing. We had an incredible evening and the afternoon was spent @Maresol for an early brunch. The location is perfect if you want to spend time at the Waterfront. The bird life is flamboyant and you wake up to their chatter. The food market is also amazing so do pop in there. We had a lovely stay.
The unit was very clean and quiet. There was plenty to do so close to the waterfront. Everything you need to keep a 3 year old busy. Will definitely go again.
At times you don't even know if the person is speaking to you. Once in it was great and really good value for money.
Waterfront Village is a beautiful property with a fantastic view of the city, waterfront and its canals. Conveniently located near all attractions and beaches. I would definitely recommend it to any couple or family.
We were dissapointed that the one room did not have 2 single beds as indicated. The 45 min wait with registration was frustrating.

Can't be sent around and held up by administration again. Be prepared for a two and a half hour check-in process, unless they get a porter 900 m from reception.
Shortly after our arrival at reception, the man behind the counter told us that we must have been at the wrong place. Some time later and after we first looked for and found the evidence of the discussion, he then said that it was just a joke and that he immediately saw our name on his system. He then asked if we were from the Cape and I replied by saying that we were not. He then asked me why I was telling him this with such an attitude. I was absolutely amazed and already wanted to look for other accommodation. After we checked in, we were told that we had to make room for one of their staff members in our vehicle, which was already full and had no room for a mouse. The person then drives with us to show us where we have to park the vehicle, as well as where our room is located. Once there, the person first let us park in the wrong parking lot and then asked us a few minutes later to move to another parking lot. The keys he has with him do not open the doors either and he then says that reception gave him the wrong keys and that we have to stand there and wait for him. Tired and discouraged, we finally get access to our room, about two hours after our arrival at reception. At first sight we immediately find the room to be below standard. First of all, the room is not very clean and not very tidy. Blinds in front of the sliding doors that lead to the veranda hang halfway open and crooked and the fridge is still full of old food and drinks from the previous guests who stayed in the room. A bedside lamp does not work and when we wanted to take a shower in the evening, we discovered that the shower drain was blocked. The last morning at 07:00, we call reception and ask them to please send us milk for our coffee. It wasn't until 09:00, when we were already on our way to leave, that the person with the milk arrived. At R5260.00 per night for a one-bedroom unit, we expected more and this was a huge disappointment.
Spacious, tidy, safe and fantastic location.
I requested that the second bedroom be made into a double bed, but it wasn't done so.
It was perfect accommodation for a weekend in the Cape. Perfect location and within walking distrance from everything. Neat and spacious unit and very well equipped with everything you need.

Good location, good service.
Modern, neat and spacious unit with all the necessary facilities. The location is ideal to walk to the V&A Waterfront and from there to take part in all the activities.
The apartment was not ready when we arrived at 15:00, and parts of it were not cleaned. The cleaners also let themselves in without notice during our stay which means that one cannot enjoy any privacy.
Clean and near the Waterfront.
Long sought after Waterfront Village. Route is difficult. On arrival it would have been nice if someone had shown us the route to Waterfront. We had to read information sheets about services available eg gym, swimming pool. Information sheets mention that breakfast can be arranged but there was no such arrangement anymore.
Waterfront Village is in a great location. Easy walk to shopping and good restaurants. Also easy access to highways for travelling to other tourist sites. We felt very safe with the security.
Pleasant, but the inability to turn off the heated kitchen floor in the summer time was less good.
