The accommodation was adequate. My father took me to the hospital and had to spend the night in Pretoria. I called the owner to make arrangements for my father's arrival. I was shocked at the lack of phone etiquette and how she spoke to me. It was unpleasant, especially before a major operation. I will not use or recommend this guest house again.

We came from Mpumalanga, and were in Pretoria for a hospital visit. We also took the opportunity to pick up goods and Pretoria, so we dragged a vendor cart along. Owner also allowed us to use the premises earlier, to store our pram there, while we were busy at the hospital. However, it was a bonus that our room was already ready, and we could immediately store our luggage.
Friendly reception, comfortable room, everything you need for an overnight stay. Close to Wilgers hospital, safe and easy to get to.

In winter, more blankets can be given to guests and the shower outlet does not drain easily, then the water fills the entire floor.

We were looking for a guest house for 2 days as my grandchild was to be born at Wilgers and there the carnallie surprised us by making his arrival 2 days earlier. I immediately called the hostess and she immediately reassured me that the room would be kept for me for an extra day. We were very satisfied with the service, the neat room, the room service, the hospitality, the chats, everything was great!

Waters on Willows is the most beautiful guest house, it's so spacious and the decor is very special and beautiful. The gardens invite you to just want to be outside to enjoy a coffee in the delicious coolness and then simply cool off and the beautiful swimming pool. Karin makes you feel so at home, and she is a wonderful hostess who shows utmost concern for her guests. My stay was truly a wonderful experience and I look forward to staying there again soon.

We were disappointed because we did not get breakfast, the cleaner said it was our responsibility to ask for breakfast when we checked in. I do not think that's right. We paid for sleeping there and breakfast but did not get it.
