We had a lovely stay here. Fentse was super great, and Mandy was very helpful with the activity reservations. I am absolutely lost for words. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, and oh, the views! Loved every minute. This was a refreshing city break.

I would definitely recommend it, the staff are very friendly and service is very good. The place is very nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious and a wonderful view too.
It was very nice. All I ask is that they look into something to wash the dish in. And to the geyser. It seems to me that it is shared and there is not enough hot water.
We were warmly received by Ofentse. She was very friendly, explained everything very thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable. Watershed Guest House is well furnished and has the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The unit is very clean with a nice view of the pond. Although there is a braai and microwave in the unit, with basic crockery, it is not really conveniently set up for fully self-catering. If you prefer to get takeaway or eat out, this will work better. Linen is crisp clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. One downside, my husband is quite tall and the bed was a bit too short for him. The shower has problems with hot water and cannot function without the sink faucet not running at the same time, which then results in poor water pressure in the shower. Fortunately, we were forewarned and shown how it works. Personally, I prefer larger bath towels than the standard that was available. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and rested well. We will stay at Watershed again.

I would definitely recommend it to any couple looking to get away for a weekend. Nice private jacuzzi and the service was very good. We were received by Oefentse and she was very friendly and professional.
We went to Watershed for a quick honeymoon as we want to go overseas, but they really made it feel like a proper honeymoon especially with their rose petal, chocolate and champagne (The Honeymoon) setup. This was at an extra charge but it was really worth every penny! We also enjoyed a day of our stay using the jacuzzi that was there for our exclusive use! Loved it! Also, the aircon made our stay much more enjoyable, experiencing the heat we did the past week! Our host and cleaner was amazing! I really enjoyed interacting with her. We also had a continental breakfast included with our stay and that was super filling and we both enjoyed it. I'll recommend Watershed to anyone!
The place is very clean and tidy. They could upgrade the parking - covered parking is very small, so big vehicles don't fit. You must then stop outside in the street. The water in the jacuzzi was very dirty and the neighbors can see you in the jacuzzi. Maybe it makes it more private. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

Neat place, I would suggest the view suite, it also has a jacuzzi and is a bit cheaper. Power is down with loadshedding, at least there are lights that keep burning. The area is a bit dirty in the complex.
There was no wall separating the room and bathroom which could have been described. Also, they need a generator during loadshedidng.
Views of Hartebeesportdam were super! Room was comfortable and clean too. Unfortunately, during our stay, we went a day without water due to burst pipes. Continental breakfast was okay, but maybe not worth what you're paying for per night. Even though we mentioned to the owner that we might be late for our check-in due to circumstances out of our control, we had to pay a late check-in fee which we were happy to pay for, however, I think the least they could do was revoke this fee for the inconvenience caused by no water.
Watershed is a beautiful place with great customer service. A lot of effort was made to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A romantic stay for a weekend getaway.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Box of juice, packet of meusli and ice-cold pressed muffin from fridge, yogurt already expired in February. WiFi is turned off at 8 o'clock in the evening, then we can't watch TV until the next morning.
We experienced Harties to the fullest and enjoyed every moment of our weekend. The view was exceptional and Watershed Guest House had everything we needed. It felt very special.
The accommodation was nicely done, with lovely facilities.
If you're looking for a place to sleep over that's better than they advertise, Watershed is it. Beautiful, peaceful romantic destination. If you want to unwind and just have some alone time with your other half, Watershed is the place to go. Thank you for your good and friendly service. Room is beautiful and looking out over the pond with the sunset is really so beautiful. We will definitely check in again.

Even though it is in a security village, we felt a bit insecure with the road leading straight to our suite with no gates or high walls around us. Didn't feel as private as what we would have liked.
The room was very practical. The view was very beautiful. The room service and breakfast were unbeatable! Very friendly reception and handling.

Perfect spot for a romantic getaway! Each room has its own private balcony with the most beautiful view of the dam. The view can even be admired from your private Jacuzzi. Breakfast is served on the balcony. Service was great!
