5 guests' feedbackUnfortunately the duvet was very dirty, fortunately the manager also saw it and immediately replaced it. Also the busy traffic road next to the apartment was very unpleasant for us, it was not visible in the photo and it was worth reading the reviews about a peaceful environment. So thought we were fine with this apartment, but had a lot of noise from buses, trucks and cars and had to close the sliding doors in the evening to hear anything from the TV. Sorry, the wash was rather hot, without a fan or air conditioning.
Poor maintenance at A103
The place is cost effective, very clean and quiet. I also appreciated the controlled safety at the entrance and also its closeness to the shopping centre.
Apartment was neat, clean and spacious.
Enough space, Netflix included. Good area. Nice and peaceful. Just a bit expensive if you look at other options and the competing market.

House rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check-in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short-term stays of less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check-in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check-in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after the bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.
The original credit card used for making a reservation, together with positive identification of the cardholder, must be presented upon check-in.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
