We had a wonderful stay and the staff is very friendly. I just made a suggestion regarding the location of the particular room which is very noisy and not private either - it's basically in the reception/dining room area and very noisy with other people and staff there. When the room door opens, everyone looks on the bed and you have to be careful what you are wearing - or not wearing when the door opens. BUT other than that it is really a very beautiful and pleasant place and people there. Food was also very nice.
We cannot recommend Atlantic Oasis Guest House enough. Spotless. The hospitality made us feel as if we were at home, and the breakfasts were delicious.
Was very nice! We were a bachelors group of men, the hospitality of the guesthouse was top notch and they helped us cheer up the groom a bit the next morning.

The host is fantastic to work with! We had a late check-in, and she sent detailed videos to help with check-in. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the laundry service was very easy to use and very fast. Breakfast was served daily and was hot and fresh! The accommodation is very close to the beach and to many great restaurants. I would recommend the accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Cape Town.
Comfortable and clean.
Unfortunately we did not 'sleep well'. The mattress was done and kept us up most of the night. It was only one night and we had to leave very early the next morning, so I cannot comment on the rest of the guest house's service or presentation.
It was my worst anniversary ever, for 15 years every year I go on holiday using the website's service. We felt intimidated or I would say like criminals being reminded there are cameras everywhere, we went to put plates in the kitchen after our braai. We were asked if we used the kitchen because we could see it on the camera. On Saturday evening wanting to go to sleep, we had a swarm of mosquitoes in our room. The room is small and has no privacy separating the toilet and bathroom, only the Sunday morning with checkout where we were told that there's a vlei and we shouldn't open the windows. To top it off, we came to the venue all healthy and left Sunday with my husband having an inflamed face that caused a swollen eye cause of being bitten by insects, they swopped rooms in the early hours of the morning and in the other room we were also welcomed by mosquitoes. It's a beautiful venue, and breakfast was nice, but it definitely not a place that would see me again or that I would recommend. It's costing me doctor fees to get my husband an allergy injection, so Atlantic Oasis, sorry you won't see me again.

We found Atlantic Oasis to be ideally situated and enjoyed the stay. The fact that breakfast was served was a bonus.
Only problem, it was further out of town than I expected. Otherwise, I was happy with everything.
The stay was pleasant, upon arrival we were assisted very professionally, shown around and just unfortunately we could not partake of the foodstuff as we eat only halaal, other than that it was a welcoming atmosphere.
It was not the best experience. We were flying internationally, and reported this to the manager months in advance. I specifically mentioned that we were flying very far and that we wouldn't be landing until well after 10pm. We also paid a deposit to make sure it was clear that we were going to show up. Despite that, the driver decided to try to call me while we were still in the air, so the first chance I got, while my wife and I were still waiting for our luggage, I called the driver back to to confirm that we are indeed on our way. Up until now, everything is still on the hook, but the woman was terribly unfit and immediately started to tell me what an "inconvenience" it is for her now that she has to wait for us. I then apologize, because what else can I do? And when we arrived at the guest house, it was quite clear that the "inconvenience" was actually one she took upon herself, as we were able to check in ourselves with the key box specifically set up (with prescribed instructions) for late guests arrive. So it wasn't the best experience. But the next morning, after my wife and I could only get 5-6 hours of sleep, she made sure to remind me personally how "inconvenienced" she was by our discussion. As a whole; a horrible experience. The manager also left comments here and there about some of the other guests, as if she wanted to gossip with us about them. It was not a pleasant experience for us, and we certainly won't be going back again. The other staff were very friendly and did a good job. The room was clean and the breakfast was always on time.

The service was excellent, clean and tidy rooms, breakfast was delicious and everyone was friendly. You can also have your laundry done there which was ideal.
The accommodation was beautiful, clean and tidy and the aunt who helped us was very cute and had room for our vehicle which was full of things in the back of the yard. We slept very well and will definitely go there again and stay overnight.

And the 2 shopping centers and MyCity bus stop are also within walking distance of the guest house. We flew down. And using MyCity bus services. Could go anywhere we wanted. Natalia and Chrissie who were there were so helpful and friendly. The workers there are always laughing and so friendly. Laundry can also be done for a fee. And the area in which guest house is. Safe and quiet. Natalia can book the taxi for you to and from the airport. You just pay the taxi yourself. It was R330 from the airport and then R330 back. The beach is big and very beautiful.
The room was very neat and clean, just a bit small and no Showmax/Netflix connection.
We had a lovely stay. Only reason I'm rating the place with 3 stars is because the TV couldn't play any TV channels. It only played radio stations. It was just snowy when trying to select TV channels. By the time we found this out, there was nobody to assist with the problem in the evening.

We will definitely use Atlantic Oasis Guest House again for accommodation, the location is absolutely perfect, literally a few minutes drive from the airport and if you want to drive around and visit all the little places like Melkbosstrand, Blouberg Strand, Muizenberg, Kalk Bay , Fish Corner. My expected arrival at Atlantic Oasis was delayed by 8 hours. With a call it was confirmed that I would be waited for. It's great service because I didn't get there until 22:00 and was kindly received. My room was spotless and tidy. My motorcycle was safely locked and I had a nice, quiet and relaxing night's rest. Breakfast was the best I have ever received at a guest house. I would highly recommend Atlantic Oasis Guest House. Thank you very much for your great service, see you again soon.

Atlantic Oasis is a wonderful place not too far from the beach and the shops. Their service was very good and the staff were friendly. Nice and clean surroundings. Their service even went above and beyond the walls of the guest house when they helped us when we forgot our passports.

We didn't get the room I booked on the website. The original room was a double room with a king size bed. What we got was a room big enough for one person and a normal double bed in a small little back room. All they had to say to us was that it was a pity we couldn't be moved because they were fully booked and that our booking came through a bit late. But then you must phone the guests and say "sorry, but the room you wanted isn't available anymore" and then we would've gone looking for alternative accommodation. The room we got was definitely not value for money.
Guesthouse offers value for money, very neat, just think the beach is a bit further than the 400 m the website advertises.

We stayed in a tiny room without much space to move. They didn't clean the toilet properly when the previous guests left and the level of room service wasn't maintained, it changed from day to day. I recommend this place if you just need accommodation for one night, but not if you want to enjoy a long holiday in the Cape.

The Atlantic Oasis Guest House is a very comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy guest house. The breakfasts are deliciously prepared and served. The room is comfortably large and the bathroom very neat and comfortable. The quality of the TV image is not good, especially in the age of HDTV. The DStv channels are sufficient.

Very nice guest house and modern, very friendly people and nice breakfast. I didn't get the right room I booked. The staff who helped me kept quiet about it. I am a customer, I as a customer paid for the room I booked, they are going to give the room to someone else who stays there regularly because he was not satisfied because he was already booked. The manager says it's the website's fault because the website only has 2 photos and they have about the 6 rooms, she's going to investigate at LekkeSlaap. After investigating, she apologized and said it was her fault and then came out with the story of the man who was upset about the room. I was not happy when I had to hear it just before we were driving. Very sorry but the place gets a bad review from me, not happy at all.

Had an enjoyable stay at Atlantic Oasis Guest House although we did not find the place very easily (no signage). Breakfast is very nice, clean display and offers variety. Drawback in our room: no door between room and bathroom, leading to an obvious lack of privacy. Amenities are not replaced during our stay and we stayed 5 nights! The bed is great, tea/coffee facilities much appreciated and the bathrobes are great. WiFi connection is very very bad: I can almost say that there is no connection! Overall we had a nice 5-night stay.

The directions to the guesthouse were really poor. The suburb is indicated as Bloubergrant instead of Table View. The coordinates aren't standardised so the GPS wouldn't accept them. After an hour and a half of traffic and 10 minutes on the phone with the lady at the guest house we finally managed to find it. We were very upset.

It was one of the best places to stay in the Cape, attention to small details was appreciated. A small chocolate every night and fresh clean towels every day. It is close enough to the sea to just walk and the breakfast was out of the books, the guest house can be recommended for families with children as well.

This is the second time we have booked a place through LekkeSlaap, and I have to say, each time it has been nothing but pleasant. The staff at Atlantic Oceans are really very friendly and helpful, and it really felt like we were old acquaintances. The rooms are very neat and clean. The room we stayed in was large enough and comfortable. The large shower in our bathroom was a big plus. Thank you very much for the stay and for making it so pleasant for us as visitors.
In the first place, the hostess said she would give us a room outside for the children, but in the end she gave the children next to our room for almost full price, like for adults. I think there was a discount of R250 for my youngest grandchild. I didn't get a price from her when I asked for a quote. My mistake, I assumed it wouldn't be expensive, like the other 7 places I booked through LekkeSlaap. Second: the first morning of breakfast we had to sit in the dining room and listen to her (the manager) kick people out of the kitchen. The second morning my granddaughter only ate a slice of toast because she hadn't received her one egg and one strip of bacon when we finished eating. I got up and asked the kitchen staff when she gets her breakfast. The lady said she did not understand Afrikaans. They called the manager. I heard her talking to them about us. The manager came to our table and asked my granddaughter if she was sure she didn't get any food. I almost burst a vein and asked her how could she ask my granddaughter that. We won't say we're waiting for her food when she's finished getting it. Her reply was, "Ma'am, I have to ask to make sure." It was an insult to us. Afterwards, she told the staff where they believed they had made the mistake. Finally, the manager must be taught not to come and take away butter paper on my breakfast table to apparently clean the table. It felt like she was saying we were messing up.
Very satisfied with stay. Will stay there again.
