Welcome Glen is a tranquil, natural place so we ask that our guests respect that and enjoy it with the local neighbours. We do stress the point of no parties as it is a quiet neighbourhood and we would like to be courteous to our neighbours. Quiet time from 21:00 until 08:00 in the week and 23:00 until 08:00 on the weekend.Please no third-party bookings unless you are an authorised company booking for employees as per our terms and conditions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties without exception.
No pets allowed.
Filming is not allowed without prior consent. A fine of up to 5 times the nightly rate will be issued should a shoot take place without prior notice.
Your rate includes a bag of wood for braai and fireplace, milk, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, oil, soap, hand soap and toilet paper. Due to the self-catering nature of the apartment, these will not be replenished should they finish during your stay. We do have extra wood available for sale on the property.
