Wine farm atmosphere at its best, complete with a large water canal. Clumps clean and tidy. Modern decor. Best mattress sheets and duvet we have ever slept on. Thank you very much for your effort and stay in a small palace!
Had a great time. Hostess Annemie was extremely friendly and easily available via WhatsApp. Accommodation is super neat, bedding is crisp and the cottage is aesthetically particularly beautiful inside. The beautiful garden, front lawn and delightful patio make for a holiday feeling. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, home-baked biscuits and choklits on all the beds! Wi-fi also on during loadshedding which my teenagers were very excited about. Work space in kitchen is limited, but won't stop me from visiting again! Thank you for a nice visit.
Was kindly received and Frans and Annemie went out of their way to make us feel at home. The farm atmosphere made me think back to my childhood days on the farm.

Spacious and super clean accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and good BBQ facility. Peaceful and quiet, sitting on the stoep with a lovely view over the vineyards and mountains. Go for a long walk on the farm. Perfect location for day trips to Doringbaai/Strandfontein or Vanrhynsdorp/Nieuwoudtville. Or just go wine tasting in Klawer, Vredendal and Lutzville. Highly recommended, don't miss out on this one!
Very conveniently located and comfortable self-catering accommodation. Interesting to look at all the activities on the farm.
We had a very nice stay. The accommodation has a lot of space and one does not feel cramped. It is also very centrally located. We could easily go wine tasting on Klawer, Doringbaai and Lambertsbaai and look at flowers at Vanrhynsdorp.

Slept wonderfully warm in very comfortable and clean beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice view. Secure parking. Will stay there again anytime we are in the area.
It felt like we were at my grandmother's house. The bedding was heavenly. All I would change is to put in a double bed, rather than 2 single beds, but that's it. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted.
Big comfortable house. Kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable large rooms and neatly equipped. Large veranda for braai and entertainment with a very nice view of the farm and mountains.

Directions to get there is pathetic. The sign post from the N7 is only as big as a normal street sign, and then when you are on the farm there is a network of cannals and dirt roads without any directions of which one to take. I got lost often and because the roads are so narrow you have to keep driving until you can turn around. In general it was disappointing. The location is a trash-strewn backyard. Of less importance, no toaster or breadknife.
