Short walking distance to beach. House's setup is awesome. Everything one needs is there. These photos do not justify how beautiful it actually is there.
Carol was welcoming and had everything organised for us and included some additional home comforts that where not expected. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.
Carol helped us very nicely. Als explains what we have to bring and what we can leave. It helped a lot that there was a dishwasher, washing machine and DStv!
Upon arrival we waited +-20 min. We booked ground floor and it was confirmed. When we got there, we were moved, without our permission, to "upgrade unit" (1st floor) We were upset. I WhatsApped / called Carol to be able to move us but she is still replying. Not at all what we expected.
Carol was very kind and friendly! We had a lovely stay nice and close to the beach! The apartment was very clean, neat and well-equipped. We enjoyed it a lot!

The owner is very very helpful and goes out of her way for guests, the place is extremely neat and located on the beach - would go back again anytime.
Carol is a very helpful and friendly caretaker. We were very pleased with our stay.
Ob arrival we had problems getting in touch with the owner. Got the key from the cleaner who was none the wiser that we were booked in. It was not easy to open up the security gate to the unit. There was also no hand sanitiser provided or coffee and tea. When the owner came round to check on us she was very kind and even offered us an extra night if we so wished, which we could not accept as we had other plans. The unit was clean and comfy and enjoyed our stay.
The house has everything that needs pampering, especially the kitchen. Well equipped. Internet was very bad only. House was neat and clean on the surface. Was bitten by something maybe dust mites. Love the fact that the sea is on your porch and you could hear the sea at night. Parking may be under cover because sun is bad in summer times. Would definitely want to go again.
Very nice view. If you close the apartment door, you don't hear any noise from outside. The place is very nice and well furnished.
Carol was fantastic. We got a lot of advice about the area, what to visit etc. Reception was cordial. However, there is a lot of basic equipment in the apartment and just needs a little attention in terms of cleaning supplies, broom, shovel, maybe a kitchen sponge etc.
However, there were extremely noisy people both nights in the apartments across the street. It lasts until about three in the morning. The security gate of the unit also failed to close.
Carol the hostess said the website should have let me know that I should have called her half an hour before. Did not receive such an SMS. Anyway, after coming within 15 minutes, she gave me a fantastic sea view place. We had a wonderful stay. Place is clean and tidy and everything you need is in the apartment. The short time that I got to know Carol shows that she is a very good hostess.
Carol is an incredibly lovely hostess. Our stay was truly a dream holiday. There is really everything you need for cooking and barbecuing. The place is clean and even the bedding smelled fresh. We did not feel unsafe at all. Our vehicle was also in a safe parking space. The beach was like three steps from our accommodation and you could hear the waves breaking in the evening when you went to sleep. I recommend these places from Carol to any person who wants to rest and relax. Thanks again Carol for the most incredible holiday. We will visit again in the future.

What a lovely place to stay. Carrol went out of her way to make us feel at home. She's the best hostess we've ever met. The accommodation is excellent and has everything you need. As a bonus you get to wake up with the sound of the waves in your ears. Next time, we'll stay longer.

We really enjoyed our time at West Coast Eagle's Nest. The flat is very nice and tidy with everything you need and a nice braai area by the sea. The one thing that made it a little unpleasant was that it was next door to a day camp barbecue, so you can imagine how busy it got on the holidays. Having said that, we were offered an alternative glamping accommodation but unfortunately I was too ill to do so. I will still recommend it. The location and accommodation are fantastic, we just chose the wrong time.

West Coast Eagle’s Nest is and exceptional beautiful, well-equipped and safe place to stay. Situated on the beach, close to the shops and various restaurants. The panoramic view of the sea and harbour entrance is breathtakingly beautiful. The Unit is very clean with large stylish bedrooms, a huge lounge and the main bedroom fit for a queen. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality fittings and appliances. Although the pictures are a good reflection it does not fully portray the true beauty of the unit and its surroundings, it is truly worth five stars. Relaxing on the balcony with your favorite drink or book is truly peaceful and ideal to relax and reenergize. Carol was always available extremely helpful and assisted with every enquiry we had. We will definitely visit Lambert’s bay again and we know there is but one place to stay. We do not hesitate to recommend this as the place to stay in Lambert’s bay.

The photos are true! We went to bed very night with the sounds of the ocean and woke up to the rumble of the waves. The ocean really is just beyond the lawn. The day can be ended off perfectly on the veranda with a glass of wine of Fryer's Cove in Doring Bay, not far from Lambert's Bay, while you watch the sun set over the little harbour. Eagle's Nest is exquisitely decorated with quality linen, well equipped kitchen with a beautiful stove, fridge and freezer. Beds and mattresses are are new and of good quality. There is an electronic safe for smaller items. Eagle's Nest is walking-distance from the shops and various restaurants. It was very tranquil (out of season) and safe. Carol is a nice hostess who is just a phone call away. This is a gem which we will definitely visit again.
We were very kindly received by Carol Burger, the hostess. The accommodation was nice and tidy, clean and attractive and provided with everything that could be expected to make a holiday comfortable. Plus it was just a few steps from the beach. There were a few problems with the TV but were soon sorted. We really enjoyed it, thank you!
The place does have a sea view and is literally on the beach, but the place is not up to standard in terms of beauty. Carol was very friendly and helpful and even arranged for us to get a unit with a sea view, but the location is not up to par.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The reception of Carol Burger was truly West Coast, warm and spontaneous. She immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Something that could be improved is the television channels, there were only 2 channels available.

The environment (sea and fresh air) contributed to a lazy visit. Even fate could not dampen our spirits. We will definitely use the accommodation again but with a sea view.
Carol made us feel so at home. The view is beautiful and we could just walk out to the beach. We rested well and saw a lot. Lambertsbaai is quite central and we could visit many towns from there. Arendzicht is the best holiday home in Lambertsbaai. It was great.
No one available when I wanted to check in. After an hour of waiting and many calls, the lady finally arrived. It was already after 3.30pm and the apartment hadn't even been cleaned yet, so I had to wait another hour!
Luxury accommodation with a picture-perfect view. We had a wonderful stay at Arendzicht-Nest! Carol was immediately willing to help us with any questions, and the accommodation was neat and very nicely decorated. Absolute 5-star accommodation and undoubtedly the best place to sleep in Lamberts Bay! If you're heading to the West Coast - go to Arendzicht-Nest.
