Beautiful clean, tidy accommodation with all the facilities. It was a real pleasure to spend the night there and the owner went out of his way to make everything as perfect as possible. Definitely recommend the accommodation for a visit with friends or accommodation with your teenagers.
We arrived to a warm welcome from Tom and then we started discovering the awesome touches in the unit. These included a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, chocolates on the pillow, heated towel rails etc. The unit is clean and crisp and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the thoughtful touches everywhere were incredible. We have been privileged to stay in many different places in SA and the Whale and Waddler is in our top two. It's difficult to say what we enjoyed the most about the unit as everything was perfect, including the show the whales put on for us on Saturday morning. If I was forced to single anything out, it would be two thing. Firstly our host Tom who communicated brilliantly, but more importantly made us feel so welcome and at home, and secondly, the view. Sitting on the veranda in the morning having coffee and seeing the sea couple of meters in front of us made the world a better place for us. Thank you and so well done Tom, we will be back.

This is a breathtaking place with everything and more that one needs. Everything is of good quality and it works. The dishwasher was a huge treat. Beds and bedding are wonderfully comfortable. The personal treats on arrival and departure exceed all expectations. We had such a lovely time, it was nice to get off in a clean and tidy place with the most delicious biscuits and coffee facilities available. This is value for money and highly recommended. Thank you very much Tom.
What a beautiful and practical self-catering apartment. It is much bigger than the photos show and there is literally everything you need. The furniture and kitchen equipment are of good quality, if they work and are tidy! The beds are very comfortable and each bed has a plug with 2 prong plugs by the bedside table. The view is fantastic! Mountain, and sea. What made it more special were Tom and his wife's personal "touches" and all the effort they put in. We will definitely be going back often!
The unit is spacious and very well furnished. The rooms and bathrooms are of very high standard. Loved the personal touches of games, puzzles and books. The view was great to just enjoy sitting outside or inside. Indoor braai a winner as well as outdoor gas braai. Best of both. The kitchen had everything you could need and the dishwasher is a total plus! Highly recommend the W&W for Kleinmond stay.
