All guests, before booking, should be aware that there is a lift that is available to be used, however, load shedding and other problems may make it inoperable at any time. Guests book knowing that they may have to use the staircase to get up and down to the 3rd floor. No refunds due to cancellation will be given should the lift be out of order at any time during the stay.
Also, kindly note that the number of guests quoted for must not be exceeded during your stay.
Guests sign themselves in and out via two access codes. These are provided once full payment is received.
Please adhere to arrival and departure times - exceptions can be made if we have no prior or post guests.
Please read the email to be forwarded from the owner with the final invoice and breakage deposit requirements.
Arrival, please switch on, the plugs and geyser at the DB board.
Departure, please switch plugs and geysers off at the Db board.
Arrival, please scramble the lockbox code after taking the key out.
No loud music or parties allowed.
All refuse must be removed before departure and placed in the mobile black bins located in the basement garage area.
Departure, please lock all doors and windows, place keys back in the lockbox and scramble the code.
Please remove refuse from the apartment on departure and place it in the basement rubbish bins - 2 big black mobile bins.
Please consider other residents and keep noise levels down.
Please note that 15 kWh of electricity per night is provided. Should you need more, you are welcome to purchase additional electricity. The prepaid meter number is on the meter, located next to the DB opposite the main bathroom.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment has everything you need. The water was already warm when we got there and it was very neat. The host is very accommodating and friendly.
Definitely be visiting soon, I would recommend visiting this place. It is really worth more than the affordable rate it is at. The breathtaking view of the ocean and the sight of whales frolicking is spectacular.
Tastefully furnished apartment with all facilities and great views. Close to shops, restaurants and ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Owner always available to sort out minor problems (DSTV).
