4 guests' feedbackIt is a clean place and I enjoyed my stay.
Place is dirty with cleaning buckets everywhere from the bath to the garden. We could not do washing as the washing machine was dirty. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
Kitchen sink area had a terrible mouldy smell (cupboard was wet before). Utensil cupboard had strong smell of 'mothballs'. Stove/oven in bad condition. Pots need replacing. Inventory list was 'inaccurate' and this was discussed with the cleaning lady. Gas braai showing signs of rust at coupling and will become un-safe. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms musky as it was not 'aired out'. Extraction fan in family bathroom did not work.
House stinks of cockroaches. No sea view. Microwave rusty. Gas braai doesn't work.

Please read the following important information before confirming the booking:A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000 is payable and will be refunded into the guest's account within 10 days after departure if there have been no breakages.
The breakage deposit is compulsory and has to be paid to the account given via EFT. You will receive an invoice shortly after confirming the booking. Guests will not be allowed to enter the unit unless all fees and deposits have been paid. No cash transactions will be accepted on the premises.
An additional daily cleaning service is available at R 200 per day. This has to be arranged beforehand. It is only a basic cleaning service, not a full day cleaning service.
No extra guests over and above the number of beds will be allowed to occupy the apartment. If extra guests are found, immediate eviction will follow.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
Please keep music and noise volumes to an acceptable level.
Check-in is at 14:00.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00.
The contact number of the person who handles the check in procedure will be sent to you on confirmation. Please make arrangements with them beforehand so they can hand you the keys and check you in. They do not reside on the premises so it is important to confirm your check in time with them. Please send them 1 or 2 alternative contact numbers.
