5 guests' feedbackThe photo is not at all how it looks from the apartment. The apartment was very cold, no sun at all. No blankets were available so had to buy my own. They left us an empty gas bottle which I had to fill myself and only then did a full bottle arrive. There were groceries that looked old, clothes shoved in a closet, people seemed to leave in a hurry. The apartment itself is big and tidy.
Thank you very much we had a nice stay. Please just look at the single bed in the one room. The bosses are broken. When people barbecue, the apartment is also quite full of smoke.
Very nice place. Just needs a shade net at the braai.
There on honeymoon. Had an awesome time at Whale Rock 2. The place was spacious with the main bedroom to die for. Also very clean. Friendly people to deal with. Only needs more security in place.
We had issues with monkeys that came into the premises as we were not aware of having to have all the windows closed - we had a toilet that was constantly running water, we struggled to find a power plug in the main bedroom that was hidden inside one of the shelves next to the bed. TV channels available was a waste of time. Apart from that we had a wonderful time

House rules
Please read the following important information before confirming the booking:A refundable breakage deposit is payable and will be refunded into the guest's account within 10 days after departure if there have been no breakages.
The breakage deposit is compulsory and has to be paid to Markon Rentals via EFT. You will receive an invoice from Markon Rentals shortly after confirming the booking. The deposit has to be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date. Guests will not be allowed to enter the unit unless all fees and deposits have been paid. No cash transactions will be accepted on the premises.
Please note that the cleaning fee that is charged is a departure cleaning and linen fee. It is not for cleaning services during your stay. An additional daily cleaning service is available at an extra charge. This has to be arranged beforehand. It is only a basic cleaning service, not a full-day cleaning service.
No extra guests over and above the number of beds will be allowed to occupy the apartment. If extra guests are found, immediate eviction will follow.
Smoking is prohibited in the units.
No laundry may be hung over the balcony railing.
Please keep the music and noise volumes to an acceptable level.
Towels are not provided, please bring your own bath and swimming towels.
One small dog is allowed in the unit. The dog remains the responsibility of the guest. It may not bother the other guests and has to be house-trained.
Check-in time is 14:00 - unfortunately, during the holiday season, we cannot accommodate you earlier (out of season you can contact us in advance to check if the unit is available earlier).
