House rules

Smoking is not allowed.
Respect neighbours and quiet hours start from
10:00 pm to 08:00 am.
During these hours, please reduce noise and music volume.
No parties or loud music is allowed.
If music is played please adhere to the quiet hours in the notice of the house rules.
No visitors are allowed on the property that is not listed on the booking confirmation.
Only if permission from the owner is granted prior to your visit and paid for.

Pets are not allowed in the rental until permission from the owner is granted prior to your visit.
Trash and recycling pickup for our house is every Monday Morning.
Please be sure to use the recycling bins provided and put them in the big black bin by the gate before you leave.
If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean
them, and leave them on the dishrack. This would be of great help.
We would appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave the house each day, and on check out.
Our house works on solar power.
Preserve energy.
Should anything be broken, stolen, or any rules broken you will be notified and billed.
Please do not put wet towels on furniture or counters, as they leave harsh stains.
Check-out is strictly before 10 a.m.
If you leave later than 10 am you will be charged another day.
