Largely pleasant. We could use the braai facilities, but that was not kept clean, and the pool was not looked after. Simple rooms to sleep in.
The fridges were down and dirty. The location is not exactly the best place and is behind another building with little view and next to a cemetery. Definitely not recommended for families with children. The guest house must also provide for loadshedding, we had to manage in the dark with our own flashlights.
Marelize and Roelf are precious and two dear hearted people. Good people! Accommodation is clean and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is adequate and the unit is definitely recommended.
The place is located close to everything, walking distance from the sea and has a nice view. Owners are very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

The fact that it is close to everything unfortunately has the disadvantage that it is a bit noisy.
Everything was very nice; the kitchen was not so good. We were lucky to share the house with friendly people. Photos also look misleading on the app. I would go again if I could get a private kitchen.

Marelize really was the most cheerful person to deal with in a very long time. When you talk to her, no matter what, you feel that "West Coast Delight". We had a great stay and will definitely come back to White Sands in the future.

Problematic to carry heavy cases to the first floor rooms. One room's bed frame was creaky, had to move mattress onto floor to sleep. Friendly couple running it.
Everything is within walking distance from the guest house.
Great start to the holiday. White Sands has everything one is looking for. Friendliness, cleanliness and close to the town area and beach area.

I just feel that the kitchen facilities need to be looked at. It seems to work on a "first come first serve" principle.
Very well received and made to feel welcome! Nice clean but quite very old - needs upgrading! If you might want an ocean view, you're only going to find backyard storage space here! The shared kitchen was not for me, nor was the braai area Well, walking distance from all the nice places to visit!
