Even the animals are friendly. From Diamond the old dog to the baby Fish Eagles in the tree.

We were welcomed with open arms and immediately felt at home. Cleanest nicest stay ever, miss the bed already, was heavenly. Pool clean, braai facilities excellent. With loadshedding at night, we didn't even know about no power. Thank you very much for everything.
Was an ideal place to chill. Private and quiet. Avril and Kenneth were very friendly and allowed us our privacy, which was very welcome. (They are great hosts). A modern, well finished unit which is well equipped. Has all the mod-cons, such as an air-conditioner, fan and full DStv package. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

Very neat unit (1 bedroom unit) with all the basics you need. I stayed for two weeks and didn't need more! I did appreciate the shower and bath in the bathroom. Beautiful comfortable stay. Well maintained property and lush garden with sparkling pool. Close enough to walk to the beach. You could however hear the neighbour in the next door unit. If you could hear them snore they could probably hear you! Overall good value for money. Thanx again Avril, Kenneth, Kobus and Diamond for a memorable stay.

Kobus received us with open arms, we arrived later than expected, without any issues on their side. The cottage was exactly what we needed. We were looking for a place close enough to Durban for day trips. The unit's location met the requirement. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The unit is very new inside and is furnished with everything that may be needed. The unit is in a very peaceful environment with a lovely garden and pool area where you can sit and relax. The unit is walking distance from the beach. I would use them again anytime.
We had the 2 bedroom unit, and it was spotless. The kitchen had everything we need in it and more, a well thought out holiday unit. We were very comfortable and I would recommend to friend and family members. We felt at home.
We had a wonderful two weeks. The unit is spotless and well equipped and private. We were surprised by the lovely space right outside the unit and were able to welcome family by barbecuing downstairs by the pool. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and also a washing line. Ample and safe parking. Ken and Avril are two beautiful owners and provide a fantastic service. We attended a wedding in Umkomaas and stayed at Widenham Holiday Units for 2 nights. The units are very well looked after with all amenities. Avril and her husband were lovely and we felt so welcome. The swimming pool entertainment area is a great place to relax and cool off. I don't think you'll find better value for money!

Apartment is so well maintained and clean. Hosts are very accommodating. We left home early due to bad weather and arrived an hour and half before check in and we had a very warm welcome. Will definitely go back.
What a fabulous holiday and the one of reasons for this was due to our host Avril and Kenneth. We had such a wonderful stay that should we book a holiday in the South coast again, it would be with these lovely people.
