41 guests' feedbackThis is my future sleepover near PMB. The service is friendly and the location is far enough from the N3 that you forget about the city, but close enough that you can move quickly. This is a home away from home.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly.
It was old fashioned, cottage type. Very calm.
Totally misrepresented from what you see on the internet. I would be embarrassed if i was the owner of this place.
Unfortunately, the rooms do not look like the photos provided. We were very surprised when we got there. The cost of the accommodation is also too much. If we paid R300 a night it was understandable, but almost R900 was too much for the type of accommodation. The carpets are also very dirty and full of stains. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend the accommodation. The location is indeed very beautiful.
The surroundings are beautiful, the road to the guest house is spoiled by potholes. The mobile reception is not good and I could not use my laptop, the data signal simply does not work. Network too weak.
Good beds and slept nice and warm on a cold night.
The garden is beautiful, and well maintained. The breakfast was better than expected, with everything needed.
We were a little disappointed that they did not have DStv. And the reseption on SABC 1, 2, 3 and eTV was bad. The pictures on website do not look like the place.
Apartments are not maintained. Doesn't look like the pictures at all. Bedding is very old. Would not recommend for someone looking for comfort.
Convenient location to access both the Giants Castle area of the Drakensberg as well as Mooi River, but watch out for the potholes in the roads and drive carefully! (At the time of writing, i.e. October 2016, there were extensive, major roadworks all along the P19, i.e. the principal route from Mooi River to Giants Castle). Accommodation unit was lovely and well-equipped, the "Chicken Shack" recreation shed next to the braai area was an unexpected bonus, the dogs were very friendly, the donkey was very inquisitive and a real "talker", and Ziggy couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for a great 2-night stay.
Rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed. The recreation includes a games room which we really enjoyed.
We felt safe and the farm animals and the large lawns were excellent accommodation for us as a family with a 2 year old boy. Breakfast was delicious and we could have a good barbecue.

After a long journey from Pretoria, the reception was very pleasant. We were immediately taken to our accommodation. It was very neat and clean. Well equipped. The tranquility for the rest of the stay was wonderful. I would strongly recommend it to someone who wants to rest. Also thanks to LekkeSlaap's good service.

Very nice place for a sleepover but a bit shabby. There is no real TV (only SABC). Breakfast is not included.
Directions provided to find the establishment were unclear / misleading in my understanding of them. Otherwise, an okay overnight.

Wild Berry Guest Farm is beautiful and very fun with young children. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable - perfect for a stopover on the way to the sea!
We arrived late in the afternoon and left early in the morning (06:30), so cannot comment too much as we only spent the night.
Clean and tidy, located in a very nice environment.
Pleasant stay.
Although a couple of km out from Mooi River, it was the perfect stopover.
The area is beautiful.
