21 guests' feedbackWe needed overnight accommodation for a wedding in White River. Renate went out of her way to accommodate our earlier check-in time. As well as being able to use the swimming pool with a spectacular view, there was also a communal kitchen which was exceptionally well equipped. Located in a lovely reserve (just drive carefully with low vehicles). It was the perfect stopover for our needs and a wonderful discovery.
Had no hot water. Blankets smelled of urine.
My family really enjoyed and had fun.
Please ensure a TV.
Quiet, overnight facility. Beautiful vistas. Nice place to eat nearby.
Geleë binne 'n estate ± 900m grondpad waar 'n voertuig met hoër grondvryhoogte beter sal wees (die eienaar het wel ook 'n Bantam en 'n Mazda CX5). Eienaar is baie vriendelik en gasvry - hulle het ook vir ons die beurtkrag schedule gestuur en wou selfs vir ons lampe gee vir die nag. Ek sal weer gaan kuier.
We had a great stay at Wild Fig Farm. Renata, the host, was so accommodating and we had access to pool and braai facilities. Lovely garden with passing estate wildlife and birds. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and nice big bathrooms. My only criticism was that there could be a few extra chairs, especially to chill on outside. Fabulous otherwise!

Philip was there to wait for us and constantly made sure that everything was in place and that we were satisfied. Very homely and comfortable in a nice location.

Unfortunately you share the kitchen with the other guests and that isn't mentioned anywhere. But recommended nonetheless for a weekend getaway.
The room was very neat and pretty. We had a very nice stay and will definitely visit Wild Fig Farm and recommend it.
We were very disappointed with the room. The owner said that they are in the process of renovating. Then don't rent out the room. The only thing that was delightful was the towels. Maybe if we stayed in one of the renovated rooms the experience would have been better.
Everything was fine, except when it came to bath time. There was no water then. We called the owner and after struggling to fill half a bath, we were promised the next morning the problem would be sorted. 22:00 the next evening, after much expectation, there was once again no water. We went to another guest house at 23:00 that night which we had to arrange ourselves. And the road is not accessible to all vehicles.
We were just looking for a place to stay the night, but were surprised with how our room was located in the garden - with a lovely view. Beautiful wildlife roaming everywhere; a real gem.
Was very nice, close to the evening White River and Nelspruit, wildlife and very nice view.
We had the whole place for the weekend. It was very relaxing and beautiful. Clean, neat and comfortable rooms. Great views. Will definitely go back.
