11 guests' feedbackWe recently had a great stay at Wild Iris. Greeted by a ginger cat. He made sure I got into the house okay. The side with the windows makes everything so open and light. The gardens were beautiful and well kept and pool was a warm welcome in the 35 degrees of heat we had on Sunday. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
Apart from the windows and doors needing maintenance, it is a very nice place. Parking was a bit of a problem. We came with 3 cars and there was only parking for 2.
Broken window mechanisms that don't lock. 1 bedroom had shutters that locked because the window wouldn't & it was 30 degree heat at night so no airflow in the room making it super unpleasant. The dust was so thick in places it's sticky. We had to soak all utensils & wipe down surfaces & toilets before use. Guest toilet outside for ease of use when swimming wasn't cleaned at all. Wi-Fi worked for 1 day out of the 4 night stay. Broken door handle on the bedroom door leading outside where 2 of our kids were sleeping not very secure at all.
We were a large group of 8 people who came to play golf for two days. It was very nice location of everything we needed. The house was very tidy and everything worked with very nice indoor and outdoor barbecue, large reception to suit everyone.

Everything was great. Maybe just to work on external and internal doors which are difficult to open and close and lock.
Two things that hinder - there are no glass glasses for wine or soft drinks, have no desire to drink from plastic. Furthermore, one would think that for such a beautiful house, plastic curtains between bedroom and bathroom could be replaced with wooden sliding doors that offer more privacy ─ curtain looks bad and hangs out at the top. Garden path should also be trimmed wider, hang clothes when moving through.
Will recommend it to others.
A stunning house, with beautiful rooms, well equipped and we loved the open-plan kitchen/lounge/outside area. Great for a big group of friends!
For that price, everything must be 100%. Still had to buy glasses, unpack dishwasher and fridge was full of food. 1 Outside room's mattress complained about, too small for the bed.
The Wi-Fi did not work.
