The cottages are well equipped including linen and towels. The cottages both have an indoor fireplace in the living area, and outdoor braai.
The verandah double en-suite room is situated close to the main house and is very comfortable and does have electricity. Guests can make use of the main house kitchen and braai.
There is a fridge and freezer in the education centre. Games, reference books, and other activities are also available at the education centre and main house.
There is a natural swimming dam that is fed from the Klipfontein spring which is found on the property.

Very hospitable, clean, tidy, slept so well. Will visit again!
We had a most pleasant and relaxed stay there. The setting is perfect overlooking a valley. Gill is a very friendly and welcoming host. The best is that since there is no electricity one is not even aware of loadshedding. Perfect little hideaway for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not a huge amount of activities. Small walks and a dam to swim in, but really good for reading, drawing and lots of resting. Come prepared with a cooler box and ice bricks that you can exchange at the resource center fridge on a daily basis (closeby) and you are set for a nice relaxing break.
A lovely, romantic stay. Beautiful, off the grid spot.

Basic and down to earth.
Nice stay. Hospitable. Will make two suggestions. 1. Refrigerator at home without power. The best place I've stayed in a long time. 2 Keep a place at the main house braai place. Even if it's half drum. Nice stay. Enjoy books. Students were also great. This is little gem.

There is no electricity, but gas water heating, and hob, and candles and oil lamps are supplied for lighting. There is a single bed in the living area. There are 3 single beds in the bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The verandah has lovely views and a built in braai. 2 of the nature hiking trails start at the cottages.
