45 guests' feedbackOnly thing I would suggest is upgrading TV, (for those rainy days) and stove needs replacing, very rusty due to the air I guess. But other than that, no complaints. Good place to be as it's super close to the beach, shops are nearby, holiday is quiet and peaceful. Lovely hosts, friendly and helpful.
Our stay at Wild Waves was by far the high light of our holiday. Gerrit & Elsie made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the stay incredibly much and just wished we could have stayed a few more days. The house is very neat with everything we needed. The owners are very friendly and really bend over backwards to meet all the guests' needs. It was so nice to be a stone's throw from the beach with the complex's own private gate for access. We and the children also really enjoyed the barbecue, swimming and play areas on the days we didn't feel like going on a beach expedition. Thank you very much for a wonderful break!
Enjoyed a lot, only the loadshedding a pain at times.
I can't really fault the place but if I had to I'd say high water pressure in bathroom sinks cause water on the floor when the kids turn it on, needs a better toaster as one element is stronger than the other. The TV could do with a slight upgrade in size, but it's not serious.

We really enjoyed our stay, you can visit for a long time and feel like you are at home. The place is very spacious and tidy. The owners, Elsa and Gerrie, are very friendly and helpful, and they make you feel very much at home. You can see and hear the sea, and if you just walk over the dune's footpath you are on the beach. I recommend Wild Waves in Shelley Beach for a nice vacation.
