Very comfortable and spacious. Only comments are that the shower leaks a lot and access to the braai area is limited/inconvenient because you have to walk all the way around outside or go through the one bedroom (which is the closest).
It was very nice and comfortable. However, there are some maintenance issues that have been left behind.
Very nice beds. There are too few pots and pans for large families. Attention can be paid to the main bathroom's shower doors. DSTV was not activated.
What a nice getaway!
The house's layout is very impractical. You have to go through a room to get outside to the hangout area. The persons sleeping upstairs in the loft had to share bathrooms which are in the rooms below. No animals came, despite food we bought for them.
Very neat. Customer service could improve from the lodge's side. We sat without power all evening. Called the owner, but no one was sent out to check.
I’m not a person who usually complains about things but this place should be removed so that the next person that books is not misled by nice pictures of this holiday home in any way.
Yes, the air conditioning made it very nice.
Kitchenware a.o. saucepans, ladles, regular bowls etc. short. Shower in large bathroom can be upgraded. Guests sleeping upstairs must use other guests' bathrooms. Layout of the lodge not convenient, have to walk through bedroom to braai area. Some of the chairs are broken. Beds/bedding were ok and lovely fridge helped a lot, thank you.
Please look to the master bedroom's shower and toilet, and the lights cannot be turned off upstairs in the loft.
We didn't use the pool as it wasn't clean for use, please rectify that.
Five-star accommodation that is affordable and close to shops, restaurants and the river. Nightlife better than in the Kruger National Park. Can hang out by your fire until late at night and look at the stars and listen to night sounds. It was heavenly.

Everything is spacious, clean and tidy. Very nice place to stay for a family and relatives. Everything is really very clean and tidy. All we lacked were large coffee pots and meat trays. The rest is already there!
The accommodation was very nice, clean and tidy. Everything was very well organized and they welcomed us with open arms. If I had to change something I would only suggest better braai facilities for more people. But other than that it was very nice, thank you!
We would just recommend that they look at alternative options during load shedding. The rechargeable light globes did not work at all, and there were no other alternative to generate light during the dark stages. But other than that, the house was a pleasure to stay in, thank you.
Owner can arrange place a little more for loadshedding, e.g. Gas kettle to boil water on a gas stove as well as battery lights.
Your refrigerator wasn't working and it was difficult for our foods and drinks.

I would recommend it anytime. The place can accommodate 16 people, so a large group will be accommodated with no problems.
It was a nice spacious house to stay in. The photos do not show how much sleeping space there actually is. There are 2 rooms with air conditioning on the lower floor and then 8 double beds on the upper floor in one large room. There is also full DSTV and free WiFi. There is also a safe hangout area with a splash pool outside. There is also a braai and they offer a free cleaning service if you want it. The week stay is value for money, but the weekends are a bit too expensive in my opinion. The owners are from Australia and were very friendly, they came to greet us on arrival and when we left.
Very neat house. It's a wonderful two-bedroom house with lots of extra space upstairs for children but a bit inconvenient for three couples as there are only two en-suite bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs guests must go through bedrooms downstairs to use bathroom. Otherwise lovely house with great facilities.
Our accommodation was very nice. A nice spacious house with all the necessary equipment. Highly recommend the oven to be cleaned. It's very dirty on the inside.

Lovely place, spacious, safe and beautiful. Good value for money and outstanding service. I will definitely be back. The only big issue is the braai, not practical at all.
It was a great privilege to go on holiday in such a neat and big house. Of course the wild animals were the highlight. Marlothpark was an experience and definitely worth it. Recommend it.
We had such a great time at Wildgoose Self-Catering Lodge. The house is neat and spacious, lovely entertainment area. The braai is a little unpractical but that would be the only thing. They assist with anything when you contact them, and they are there in 5 mins if you ask them to help with something in the house. Was a lovely stay.
We enjoyed our stay, the house was neat and clean. We would like for the owner to put at least one television set for visitors to watch while relaxing after a long day.
