Check-in is at 16:00 or by arrangement and check-out is at 10:00 or by arrangement.Guests will be required to pay a breakage deposit on arrival, in cash, and will be held liable for any serious damage to the property. The breakage deposit will be refunded on check-out, provided that everything is still in order. A broken glass or plate will not be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Guests will be required to leave the property in the same condition as on arrival.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
No noise is allowed after 22:00 on weekdays and 23:00 on weekends.
