Luxury towels, washcloths and soap as well as body lotion. Willow Manor is about 11 minutes outside of Clarens on the road to Golden Gate. Conveniently close, but outside the village, so it's very quiet. The room has WiFi and on the television you can watch your own Netflix, YouTube or Prime.
We really enjoyed our time at Willow Manor - everything was ready, clean and tidy, perfect for the two of us. A very nice place - the fireplace came in handy. We would definitely recommend Willow Manor to couples looking to enjoy a weekend away.

Very nice place that is peaceful with very nice views of the mountains. Definitely a return place for us. Close to town and close to Golden Gate. The hosts are very pleasant and that makes it even more enjoyable. Then the food alone will also make you come back quickly.

We were disappointed to see how the rooms look outside compared to how nice they are inside. We expected we were going to be on the farm and then it was right next to the tarmac. Had no communication about load shedding schedule and had trouble getting hold of the lady by phone. Gate does not lock from the road or with remote control. Feel unsafe with anyone who can only drive into accommodation.
Great breakfasts and service.
Rooms are beautiful and clean and very comfortable, just like the photos. Rooms are serviced every day. Coffee and biscuits are replenished every day, which is not done at all guesthouses. Breakfast included in the price is really delicious and can be recommended. The host and hostess and her people go out of their way to make you feel at home. We will stay there again anytime and also refer other people there.
Staff are very friendly and the accommodation is close to the national park and Clarens.

It is a very peaceful place, with the most beautiful view. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, we will definitely go there again.

What a gem between Clarens and Golden Gate. Fantastic facilities, clean and tidy. Their attention to the smallest details was the icing on the cake (warm sheets, fireplace with nice wood to warm the room, nice treat as a welcome gift, delicious nut coffee in the room), and then not even talking about the delicious breakfast the next day morning not We will definitely see you again!

At Willow Manor they go the extra mile, they make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible and you are surprised with all kinds of treats. The owner of Sugar and Cinnamon restaurant is a very pleasant uncle and even there you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. I recommend Willow Manor 110% and even if you don't stay there, do visit Sugar and Cinnamon restaurant, you won't find such service anywhere else.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hospitality. Meals are top notch and service is great. Nothing better than enjoying a Sherry or Hanepoot in the cold wet weather. Will definitely take a break like this again.
Willow Manor is a lovely place to unwind! Very neat units, which are also beautiful. Modern, new, fresh. The room had everything we needed including delicious filter coffee and plenty of fresh milk in the fridge. The staff were so friendly and made sure time and time again that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast at Sugar & Cinnamon was delicious! The service was great and also very fast. We will definitely escape here again!
