Everything you need is available.
My daughter and I overslept, had to have my vehicle serviced at Brits Mahindra. I stayed at the guest house all day and they looked after me really well. It is a lovely guest house and the 2 men may. Will stay there again. They transported me all the way to Mahindra which I really appreciated. Continue your hospitality and may your guest house only bring you blessings.
We stayed to attend the drought relief festival. Dirk was very friendly and helpful and we had a great stay. Dirk went out of his way to courier something we had forgotten back to Pretoria. Thank you very much.
Centrally located. Comfortable rooms, lovely beds. Our rooms were outside the house and one room's bathroom had no windows. The rooms only have sliding doors and I would recommend installing security doors so that the doors can be left open at night and still be safe.
Neat rooms and friendly service.
Parking space is a bit limited if you have a trailer. Small bathroom, so someone using a bigger wheelchair than the one I used wouldn't fit. Great reception and friendly people. Would book again any day.

Very relaxing and neat place.
Very neat and clean. However the rooms with access to the guesthouse are very inconvenient. We wanted to make have an afternoon nap, but the staff were so noisy while cleaning the dining room. No ice in the freezer, but they did provide some later. The rooms is really small and cramped, but clean at least. DStv didn't want to work. No place to enjoy coffee or something in the rooms. Went to sit in the "dining hall", but there is no privacy. It is just people ironing, the noise of the tumble-drier, staff making a massive noise talking to each other and on their phones. Could be recommended for people arriving late and departing early, but not otherwise.
The only challenge was to arrange for checking out, to which our request was not accommodated.
We were once again impressed with the good service and cleanliness at Willow Manor. And the breakfast! Wimpy can go to bed! I'm already checking for which event I can book again.
Stayed two nights and was very comfortable. Owners very friendly. We felt like family. I would definitely recommend it. On the contrary, now go and discuss again.
We enjoyed it immensely, with animals and the most beautiful plants, friendly staff and hospitality. Picturesque garden and next time we will definitely stay there again!

The managers at Willow Manor who live on site are incompetent and accuse their customers unnecessarily. You have no privacy. The managers come into the rooms only when they want. Don't even ask if they can come in. No Respect for other people and no idea how to work with customers.
Willow is place to be, their services is very great with warm welcoming management,they offer an affordable price so I definitely go there again and restaurant are a walking distance which is which is very cool.

From the moment you arrive, the hosts, Jacques and Dirk, make you feel at home. There is a beautiful room with a view of the pool. There are comfortable big beds in a warm homely atmosphere. It made me feel like I was on vacation at the end of my business trip. The large above average portions were served at breakfast, and I have to say that I could almost chew my fingers off after the taste. This is an elegant guest house in the heart of Brits. It is a breathtaking experience that I will not easily forget. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop by again. This is a 5-star experience for the price of a 3-star experience.
A warm welcome by my gracious hosts, Jacques and Dirk, got my stay off to a pleasurable start. An elegantly decorated establishment with lush gardens makes one feel at home. Exquisite food, rich in taste, expertly prepared and served. The Manor is conveniently located close to anything one might need. However I might add that one would not need much during ones stay, as most necessities are catered for. The rooms are real value for money. A comfortable, upmarket space, at a very affordable price. I will definitely check-in here again if I am ever in the area.
We had a lovely stay at Willow Manor. Dirk and Jacques were great hosts and they went out of their way to help us with directions and maps and also gave us plenty of information about activities in the area. They also accommodated our daughter, who had not been booked at the Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
