Good customer service and very tidy.
The room was clean and tidy. It was quite spacious. We were warmly received by Paul and he was helpful with directions. The continental breakfast (included in the room rate) was spacious and delicious. Lovely view from the room porch. We will stay there again.
Willow Place is peaceful, beautiful and safe. Reception and service are second to none.
It was so pleasant to stay at Willow Place for the weekend in between seminars and business. Hospitality, friendly people, peacefulness of nature and even more that makes this place a top destination for my future accommodation in the Midrand area. I'll definitely come again.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the accommodation. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for only one night, but Paul treated us with a personal, genuine hospitality that made us wish we could stay longer.
It would be nice if there were shower facilities in the room itself and also bedside lamps. Otherwise the service was impeccable, the location and gardens stunning and the atmosphere peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a business person who needs peace and quiet after a stressful day.
