Very neat unit. Vehicle was safely behind gates. Network / WiFi is excellent! Our little girl, Meisie, also had a lovely stay there and none of us ever felt out of place there. a friendly person and very helpful. Excellent host!

I was so relaxed and had a nice stay. Everything you could possibly need is provided (obviously bringing your own food), but you don't have to leave once you're in, as everything you need to relax is around you. Not a very big space, but enough for 2 people.

I was impressed by the coloured lights out in the yard in the evening. It was absolutely peaceful. Pure tranquility. Just what I needed for a relaxing stay. I love the fact that there's Netflix as well as a mall close by.

Perfect spot when you are on holiday, and the pool is perfect to top the afternoon off. When everyone is tired, the internet and smart TV help to relax.

The place is close to malls and shopping centers. It has private braai areas. Overall, it's a nice place to be.
We booked a room and Vaughn out of his own accord upgraded us to the cottage with a kitchen and requested no additional charges. Very friendly reception.

Willow Retreat's location is good.
Good value for money. Appreciated Vaughn contacting me prior to my arrival via WhatsApp with a pin drop to the location, where to park, Wi-Fi details, smart box channels, load shedding schedule and emergency contacts. There were clean towels provided for every day of my stay. Fresh milk, coffee, tea and sugar were also supplied. There are also 2 coffee pod machines - bring your own pods.

Willow retreat is tops. The customer service is great, the place is neat and beautifully decorated. Netflix and free WiFi is a bonus. It was so peaceful and calm and Jackie, the puppy, is too beautiful.

The only problem there was no soap supplied in the shower and the Wi-Fi has a pretty weak signal otherwise it was an awesome very very comfortable bed.
Vaughn is an amazing host. If you want to get away from the world and relax, this is the spot to go. The garden in front of the room is beautiful. The swimming pool at the back is beautiful. We swam every day of our stay.
