12 guests' feedbackWe had a wonderful few days' stay in Willows Boutique Hotel. The rooms are clean and very comfortable; the food was prepared with extra care and accommodating our every request. Received a friendly welcome at the front desk and continued throughout the stay.
Short fridge and aircons.
The owner made a special effort to meet our electricity supply needs.
Very happy they are solar, but power goes off in the evening and only comes back on in the morning.
Didn't put me in the luxury rooms I booked and paid for. Rooms are neglected. In one of the rooms there was no headboard behind the bed and no mirror in the bathroom. There was "mold" around the tub. Turn off power from 23:00 to 06:00. There are no lights or candles in the rooms. Arranged with management that the power should be on at 05:00, because my father has to be at hospital at 06:00 for surgery and did not turn on the power until 06:00. Very bad experience!
Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Really great for a quick overnight stay.
Room has no windows, no aircon, no fans and two heaters in the middle of summer. Dinner was a disaster with the lamb chops raw and I had to pay R170 per plate and we were only able to eat the chips. The shower had no water pressure with only a few drops of water to shower in. The TV remote control did not work.
Staff very friendly and helpful. One disadvantage is the rooms don't have aircon.

Food was delicious. My compliments to the chef! Every time I wanted to make an inquiry there was no one at reception. Feeling lost in restaurant. Wasn't sure if he was open or not. No one to meet you and assign you a seat. In the room are kettle and coffee facilities, but no plugs practically nearby to make coffee. And TV didn't work. Was apparently busy with upgrades.
No staff member at reception when I had to check in. No porter for luggage. No A/C in the rooms. No curtain in front of the bathroom window. The TV did not work. The glasses, at breakfast, still had lipstick marks on from previous use. Breakfast was cold and wrong order. No one at reception to help with above complaints.
