Very nice stay at Willows Guest House.
Very nice and clean place. Owners very friendly. Love the Koi pond. It was a short stay but will definitely recommend the place. Very good and safe area.

We were warmly and kindly received. Not only are the owners friendly and warm people, but also their workers and the 3 pugs. It is a peaceful, quiet area and the garden is beautiful. The rooms are clean, tidy and very nicely furnished with everything you need. The 3 wofies were great company early in the morning. I would use the guest house again and would highly recommend it.

I had to be in Pretoria for two nights for work. The guest house met all my needs.
Friendly, good, safe, clean!
For a 4 star rating one would expect there to be milk in the fridge when we arrived. No effort is made to ensure that guests can at least make good coffee/tea. Bathroom ceiling needs to be painted because it is full of mold.
We were kindly received and walked into a clean and tidy room. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work, and there were no extras like face pads and ear buds in the bathroom. The bedding was nice and clean and white. Towels were also pretty clean. Beds were comfortable and the unit was situated in a beautiful garden. Cars were parked very securely.
Drie lelike honde (pugs) wat in die kamers inkom, teen mens opspring en 'n oorlas van hulleself maak, en aanhoudend by die hek blaf - wat blykbaar nie die gasvrou pla nie. Die outomatiese hekke was buite werking en moes per hand oop- en toegemaak word wanneer jy in- of uitgaan; ook in die reën. Dit het ook veiligheid beïnvloed. Die huis is in 'n omheinde kompleks, wat dit besonder moeilik maak om te vind vir vreemdelinge wat nie bekend is met die omgewing. Daar was geen duidelikheid op die internet oor die roetes en ons het dit baie moeilik gevind. Dis die webtuiste se skuld. Sorg dat julle al die feite het. Na 'n begrafnis kom ons by die kamer om te rus en vind 'n tegnikus besig om binne ons kamer aan die WiFi te werk, sonder enige verskoning van die gasvrou. Ons moes hom toe maar baie duidelik vra om elders te gaan werk aangesien ons privaatheid (waarvoor ons betaal het) wou hê. Swak bestuur.

Me and my sister stayed there while my father had a heart bypass operation. We had the most pleasant and relaxing time together in a clean safe and beautiful surroundings. With friendly and helpful staff always ready to please us. I can recommend The Willow to anyone who want to stay in a calm and relaxing way. With absolutely no traffic noise at all. Heavenly.

Rooms spacious, but bathroom small. Shower only, but no "shower hood" for ladies. Our towels were not replaced the next day - not a serious problem (we all conserve water), but then just inform guests that they are not replaced every day. Carpets in room could really be replaced, don't give impression of being clean. Only rooibos tea and instant coffee - I suggest there is at least choice for tea and maybe just real coffee! Although the environment is beautiful, peaceful and safe, I think the information regarding location may appear misleading. The house is not that easily available - that's just my personal preference.

Rooms are large with everything needed. It's close to Wilgers Hospital and large shopping centres. Ideal for people who need to visit the Hospital. Best if it's wheelchair friendly.

We had to visit a hospital in Pretoria East and found this destination to be very well located. The hostess and her spouse were very helpful and even offered to help the doctor, when my husband started to feel bad from an impending cold. Brekfis was on time and very tasty!
