From the warm welcome by the hostess, until we left, what an awesome stay!
Neatly clean. Onybit very nice.
Hostess went out of her way to make everything as comfortable as possible. She did much more than what was expected of her.
The streets are now very narrow, but it is part of history. However, this adds to the uniqueness of the part.
Breakfast was not up to standard for a 4 star rating. Staff cannot understand English. Plates were not spotless.
Very conveniently located, the room was very neat and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.
Our stay was fantastic. Our room was quite large and heated. The historic building has been beautifully redone and tastefully decorated. Definitely a place to recommend.
Okay so we were on the final leg of our honeymoon. We stayed at Wilton Manor for two nights, the weather was pretty bad the whole time so we were forced to stay in doors almost the whole. The venue is really incredible, very modern and very well looked after - we were very impressed!! The staff were friendly and helpful and provided us with great service and food!! Our room was great except for a few things, unfortunately the water takes forever to heat up, it rained the whole time we were there and the TV channel selection was very limited, the hotel had dvd's which we could watch, these were all copies and so we had great difficulty getting them to play in our room. The hotel's internet service wasn't great and also our room wasn't cleaned during our 3 day stay. So if you're not too fussy it's a great stay.
From our arrival, we were treated like "royalty" by every lovely staff member! It was quite a stunning experience & everyone gave that extra "attention to detail"!
