It is a very cute place and ideal for just one or two nights' sleepover when we have to be in Pretoria for wrestling tournaments. Location is ideal.

Receptionist was unfriendly and made us feel like a burden. Have to struggle with car gate to open and close by hand, parking unsafe and very cramped if you drive a large vehicle. Hot water a big problem. Let the children shower and wait about an hour before we shower, but then there is only hot water for 1 minute. Wifi slow and unreliable. Cute board games in room for family. Beds very awful. Place neat and clean.

Upon our arrival, we were received so kindly, everything was explained nicely and the key was handed over. Room was neat and clean, nice and warm for winter and even a heater in the room which really warmed up. The shower was so nice, not even our twins want to know more about baths now. Thanks also for the Magneto light which is there for "loadshedding". All the board games are really something special and we as a family enjoyed them every night. You should know if your children ask when we are going to the cottage, that it is more than just a place to sleep. Everything one needs is there. Blankets are more than enough, pillows are lovely, towels, soap, you name it, it's been thought of. The location is just so perfect. A few km then you are at Menlyn, or at Castle Gate or Irene Village or at Magnolia Valley. The area is so quiet and peaceful, not a dog barking. Thank you so much, we de Beers are so fresh and rested and will definitely visit again.

This is the ideal place if one has to stay to be close to the Kloof Hospital. We were received hospitably and had everything we needed. The environment is quiet and we could really rest. I would definitely recommend it. The price is very reasonable for the space and comfortable place to stay.
We immediately felt at home. The place is very neat and when you walk in you feel at home. It doesn't feel like you're staying at another place. Even my children enjoyed it and there is not even a TV. I would really recommend it to someone looking for a safe place to sleep over. Oh yes, there is even a barbecue. It is a very spacious and comfortable unit. The fact that there is no TV ensures that family time is used well. Very nice board games and books. We felt at home and had a lovely relaxing time. The place is beautiful and very comfortably furnished. We felt special with the chocolates on the pillows and there were even teddy bears on the bed for smaller children. There was coffee, tea, sugar, milk in the fridge and some biscuits. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. We searched for accommodation less than 24 hours before we planned to arrive and needed to be in that area due to proximity to family we were visiting, so we did not have great expectations and at that price all expectations were exceded and we will stay there again when visiting family.
It is so quiet, you feel like you are on the farm, everything is there: a cafe just across the state, no traffic in the mornings or evenings, no people in the street making noise, just the beautiful cooing of the pigeons with you wake up Yes, it is quieter than on my farm. I would recommend these anytime for a weekend, overnight or even one night.
