A lovely, well-furnished house in the middle of absolute silence and nature. We had a lovely stay and will definitely book there again. One night is not enough, just stay a few.
A lovely remote spot in the Karoo. Very well-appointed cottage. We only stayed one night but would recommend a 2-night stay as there are lovely walks in the veld and a wonderful place to unwind.
Here your soul rests, here you rediscover yourself! Here you get a new appreciation for life. You become grateful all over again! Dance tracks in the dust, swim in the pond, talk, laugh and socialize until late at night! Get up at 2 o'clock to experience the incredible starry sky. Arise as a new man! Would recommend for sure! From the check-in, directions, facilities, all 5 star! You will definitely see us again!

A wonderful place to be in the wilderness but you definitely need a 2x4 or 4x4 bakkie to travel in and out.
We only had a one-night stay, but left feeling renewed. The neat and beautifully decorated accommodation at Witgatboom Verblyf had everything we needed and showed careful consideration for its occupants. The evening was so relaxing - barbecuing in the huge fire pit and chatting until late under the full moon. We will definitely stay there again if we travel that way! But next time, we'll be sure to stay for more than one night!
The owners are saints. Don't forget your SUV or 4x4 or at least something higher than a Corolla. This is a mesmerising destination! I would recommend this stay to anyone young and old the silence and fresh air of the Karoo will give you peace of mind body and soul.
We travel a lot, this beautiful, well-organised house is one of the best we have stayed in. Completely off the grid, plenty of game right next to the house. You don't see anyone, so organized, we never even met the owner. Away from people and very peaceful.
House is beautiful, neat and clean. Amenities are all there and everything one needs. Appreciate the clean linen and towels with a special chocolate on each bed. It's the little things that make life special.
