Beautiful, neat and clean apartment. Strong Wi-Fi. Breathtaking view from living room, balcony and master bedroom. Secure parking in garage with remote access. Own control for main gate. 24 hour security staff on site. Convenient access to the beach. Second bedroom at the back of apartment hears some noise from the dining places, but it doesn't bother much. Rest of the apartment hears the sea and traffic (only in peak times). Doesn't bother at all either. Will definitely book the apartment again. Centrally located.
Very neat and well equipped with a lovely sea view. On advertisement there is a TV with full DSTV, but there is only a TV (no channels or package - you must pre-arrange for your own DSTV).

My stay was lovely, the host was extremely kind and sweet.
Witsand 804 is a beautiful apartment with an incredible view, and should be any traveler's dream. Although the apartment is well equipped, unfortunately we did not have a nice stay. The area around the apartment has a lot of places to hang out, and there was loud music and noise every night until the early hours of the morning. We completely understand that this is not the fault of the owners, and that it is not necessarily something in their control. However, it is very disturbing if you want to have a peaceful holiday by the sea, or need any sleep. If a comfortable apartment and a nice view are important to you, and noise doesn't bother you, Witsand 804 is definitely the apartment for you. However, we will not book here again. The service we received from agents ahead of time was also good, fast and professional. After the time, however, we cannot say the same, and we are still waiting for the refund of our breakage deposit.
Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. Suggestion: Please add loose blankets in the rooms for convenience, I had to buy hot water bottles to keep warm.
