We had a wonderful stay. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The beautiful view, silence and homely atmosphere make it extra special.
We stayed as a large group of people on the farm for a weekend. The house was very neat and well furnished. The location of the house is perfect with a nice view over the sea and along a golf course, with walking trails all over the farm. Will definitely come back.

Witteklip Farm House is among the best guest houses and I would be happy to recommend family and friends to visit the guest house.
Very good communication from owner before arrival and during our stay. The very patient housekeeper explained all rules and regulations.

There is plenty of space for a large group of people.
The sea could be seen far and wide and its roar could be heard. The field is full of fynbos, bulbous plants and ferns. The beds slept great and the bedding was crisp. The wifi worked great and the house is spacious and fully equipped (with plenty of bedding). The enclosed braai area is a bonus and ensured that we could enjoy our chops during rain and thunder. Don't miss this gem!
We were there for my mother-in-law's 80th Birthday weekend. 4 Families with children ages between 8 years and 24 years old. Everyone had a great time. The house has everything you can need and some things you wish you had at home. Amazing view, the pool were used throughout the day by different family members. Great hiking by all children. Clean house, the loft was set up according to 'couples' and children ages to give some privacy. All in all perfect. We will be going there again.
From the 1st moment it was super easy to communicate with the host, accommodating and well organised. Never have I been to an accommodation so well stocked with kitchen supplies from spices to appliances - a nice surprise! Beds were comfy, the house and pool spotless and ready to use. Thank you for making our weekend one to remember in a special place!
We were 2 families with kids ranging from 16 to 8 years old. We loved the 'away-from-it-all' feeling while also having easy access to the beach, golf, mountain biking, shops and walks. The house is extremely well-stocked with everything you might need. We will definitely be back!
What an incredible place. Comfortable, cuddly and fully rested. Almost too much with the most beautiful view and is completely away from the hustle and bustle. Saw and heard the sea the whole time and enjoyed it incredibly. Nice hiking trails and even the dogs had a great time. Can't believe how nicely the field has recovered in a year after the incredible fire in the area. The place is a gem for families who just want to hang out and chat and cook. Thank you Margot.
Delightfully spacious, far enough away from the rush of the licorice, yet close enough if you need anything.
We loved the quiet location and the views were amazing. The kids loved the swimming pool. The Wi-Fi has a UPS on it which was great for loadshedding. We would definitely go again, if we can.
Smart Tv should be added in the house if the utility room is complete then it will be much better stay during windy and cold weekends.
The place is situated in a beautiful valley, facing the beautiful view of the Kleinmond beach. The house was very organized and equipped. I felt free, because we were far and separated from the rest of the Kleinmond residents.
Best holiday ever, would definitely do it again.

If you looking for a break from the city this is definitely the place to visit you, the most beautiful views from your bedroom window. The sound of nature is the only noise you will hear.
The house is a stay-in house which means everything you can think of to take with you and the ones you forgot are there. Show up and rest.
We had a great family time at Witteklip. It was quite windy on the hill, but the views are awesome. Accommodation is homely and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The outdoor braai area is unfinished and we used the outdoor braai on the side of the house - not ideal for a large group to congregate around, but perfectly adequate and sheltered from the wind. Can recommend this property, despite the fire.
Was a cold weekend but stayed comfortably. All essentials provided in the house. Had dogs and a child with us that loved the walks in between the fynbos.

- This is a flower farm, be super careful with fire as it causes millions in damage, no fire other than in the braai area at the back.
- Fireplace is ornamental only - no fire in the fireplace in the lounge.
- No smoking indoors - and especially no flicking of cigarette butts into the gardens.
- Report damages immediately, broken glasses count as damage. We don’t usually charge for little mishaps.
- Guests are liable to pay damages - or insurance excess where applicable.
- Extra Clean up will be charged for.
- Cycling is only permitted if you have a permit from Kleinmond Cycling Club, please arrange prior to arrival.
