It was a good time there with the animals we saw there.
Had a great time on the stoep and barbecued. We were 4 adults and 1 child, the layout of the bedrooms worked for us. Have to go through second room to reach the third room and their shared bathroom, but might be uncomfortable for people who are not part of the same family.

Our stay at Woodpecker's Hollow was absolutely amazing. We saw so many animals around the house which was amazing for the kids. The house itself was very clean on arrival and had enough space. We will definitely book our next stay at Woodpecker's Hollow again.
Modern non-thatched unit for people who don't want to live in a thatched unit. Comfortable with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and new kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Built-in braai under canopy and boma were nice and close to the house. Small pool was nice for kids to cool off. Good value for money, close to bush center and petrol station but far enough for traffic.

The house is very comfortable. The third bedroom is off the main bedroom (no separate entrance) which worked well for us. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Woodpecker's Hollow is well located. Everything is clean and tidy. Very calm. They have 2 lights on standby for load shedding which helps a lot. Thanks for a nice home away from home. Would definitely recommend Woodpecker's Hollow.
Woodpeckers Hollow's location is ideal; close to the shop and water park. Very clean and extremely well appointed. Perfect for a weekend visit with friends. Will definitely visit again in the future!
Neat place, private. Would recommend looking at alternative devices to allow for load shedding. No gas appliance or any other power substitute available.
We enjoyed it tremendously, maybe just a water well for the animals and a house for the night monkeys that needs to attract more animals. Nagapies came to eat that evening, but we think they need a little house. But incredibly beautiful nice place.
It was the nicest experience to sit in the pool and the animals come to stand around you.
We had a broken boiler on the first morning which was replaced immediately. Might just suggest a bigger bin is needed.
Tranquility and calmness. There are a few things that need attention inside the chalet, but the owner was very friendly and helpful. It would also have been nice if the pool was heated. It was too cold to use. Unfortunately there was also very little hanging cupboard space especially in the adjoining rooms and no hangers in the cupboards. The air conditioning helped a lot and the WiFi was fast. We had a lovely time and the neighbors were also quiet and did not cause any disturbance.
Convenient and clean, it's still new so you have to drive garbage to the gate when your bin is full.

However, our arrival was horrible as the place was dirty. After many struggles, we cleaned ourselves and furnished ourselves. The alarm was out of order. We even had to report it. We further enjoyed our stay. Sharpen your services and you have a lovely place.
