The location of the flat was ideal and the stay at 14 York Mews was clean, safe and comfortable. Not the best place if you're looking for a nice view, but otherwise full of points.

Definitely a winner. The place is amazing. Great places to hang out nearby and just feels so comfortable. Perfect for friends or a family. Very neat too. We definitely recommend it.
On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were not happy that R250 booking fees and R250 late arrival fees (we arrived at 18:00 pm) plus a hefty R1000 deposit was added to the costs - it would also have cost more to have someone clean the apartment. I don't like getting a quote and then having to pay more than I budgeted for. The apartment is spacious and secure and there is secure parking as well. Unfortunately only one fan which meant that we had to cart it around to whichever section we were in. It is very close to good grocery shops - Spar and Woolworths - and also some good restaurants. It is very central as well which makes getting around Cape Town easy.
The people were all very friendly and helpful, the apartment was neat and clean. The location is fantastic close to everything. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

What an experience! I fully enjoyed my stay there. In fact every year I intend to come and visit Cape Town and would be staying only at 14 York Mews. The place is 100% clean, bedding super, TV and all. Its situated in a safe, lovely area too.
Would definitely recommend - close to Cape Town Stadium and walking distance from Waterfront. Safe with nice views!

House rules
A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
