36 guests' feedbackI would like to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful experience we had with you. Our whole experience was absolutely fantastic. YS Bos Hys is really an oasis of peace and quiet. The house is beautifully clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable, which contributed to our wonderful night's rest. I give YS Bos Hys a 10 out of 10 – it surpasses many five star lodges I have experienced. The grass is beautifully green and I enjoyed spending early mornings on the porch watching all the various birds. In the evening we sat around the fire and listened to the night sounds - it was just magical. The atmosphere is really relaxing. If you don't feel like driving, you can simply sit under the trees and watch the animals move by. I look forward to visiting again in the summer and enjoying the beautiful pool. Many thanks to YS Collection for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We will cherish these memories and look forward to coming again.
Fantastic, no flaws.
It was a wonderful weekend in nature. The pool is a bonus for my son. It was great to see wildlife so close to home. The house's rooms are spacious and the bedding is so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The service was really very good! We will be back again.

We enjoyed the tranquility so much. The accommodation is 5 star and we will definitely go there again. We saw so many animals right from the porch.
We always enjoy our stay here, the house is beautiful and fantastically equipped and conveniently close to the Safari Mall and Arlington Brewery. We enjoy watching wildlife from the stoep and braai area and swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and always offer fast and friendly service.
We always have a great time - the house is very nicely equipped. No reason to go on game drives, we enjoy watching wildlife from the front porch, barbecue area and even swimming pool. Stuart always provides friendly and fast service when we contact him and is always close by. The house is conveniently located close to the Safari Mall and also Arlington Brewery.

Very nice - staying at the diamond of a place for 3 years in a row.
I can't fault this stay except for the squirrel family that lives in the roof and makes a lot of noise at night.

Perfect getaway place.
Accommodation was neat and clean. Everything you need is provided. We enjoyed our visit! Will definitely come again. This time for longer.
Ys Bos Hys is probably one of the most comfortable houses I have ever stayed in. The owners thought of every possible comfort and the love with which they did it is visible. From a dishwasher, washing machine, perculator to quality linen and nice thick towels. It was an absolute feast to go home there — it was lovely to wake up in the morning and lie in bed looking out at the goats on the other side of the fence. Stuart was so nice and helpful and explained everything so well. We were very fortunate to see 4 young cheetahs as well, as well as white rhinos on 2 different days. I can also recommend a visit to the Arlington Brewery — their cherry beer is delicious. I can't wait to visit Ys Bos Hys again. Already looking at my budget as I could easily stay there for a week! What might just be nice is if recommendations can be given if guests want to go on a night drive or an early morning drive for example and not drive themselves. There are quite a few lodges that offer this, but if you are new to Dinokeng, you are not sure who is reliable. Thank you Charlotte, I appreciate all your and Stuart's efforts - hopefully see you again very soon.

Best experience yet in Dinokeng. House is beautiful, everything carefully chosen and tidy. You don't lack for anything, even though it was a rainy weekend we had everything we needed. The owners are fantastic and the service amazing, give it 10 stars. Would definitely stay there again and recommend them, thank you very much.
We had a lovely time. The house is very well furnished and the pool very nice. Wonderful that the lights and roof fans work with solar and loadshedding does not affect it. Very nice close to everything in Dinokeng. Will be back for sure.

Had the most divine time.
Charlotte left us a beautiful card and bottle of champagne for our anniversary and the house was lovely! We enjoyed our time together and weren't affected by loadshedding as they have solar. I would definitely go back! Very central also and we self-drived and went for a guided drive where we saw lions. It was a great weekend.
Don't know what it is, but the place fixes something that city life has broken inside a person. Our visit flew by far too quickly.
The house is WELL equipped and beautifully furnished and you immediately feel at home. Nice and private and secluded so you can be romantic with your spouse. The wildlife such as rhinoceros, blue wildebeest, njala etc come and graze while you relax in the pool with a sundowner in hand and appreciate the beautiful sunset. The gas grill is a bonus. The roar of lions after sunset was a bonus!
Secluded and peaceful.
Apart from the peace and quiet, we could sit on the verandah and watch the roe deer, blue wildebeest and a cheetah right there while the wild birds frolic in the trees.

Picturesque place in the woods, so close to the city. The house has everything we needed and more and Stuart gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home.

We were pleasantly surprised by YS Bos Hys. The place is completely surrounded by nature and no road noise is heard. Good location in Dinokeng Game Reserve. Extremely private with a neat, well maintained garden and lovely outdoor areas and a splash pool. The decor is something special, unique, cheerful and artistic. Well appointed and clean. Conveniently close to the self-drive routes in Dinokeng and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, they will definitely see us again!
Wonderful house in the woods. We really enjoyed hearing the lions roar as we sat around the fire in the evening. We will definitely return again!
It was a nice weekend getaway. It's beautiful, peaceful and nicely located! Will visit again for sure.
It was very nice to see the giraffes, goats and warthogs right in front of the gate. We made good use of the braai and swimming facilities. The environment is very quiet, peaceful and private. The house is close to a general dealer with wood, milk etc. Also close to some nice places to eat. The DStv unfortunately did not work.
