The coincidence of having Table Mountain flooded in green lights was an added bonus. The suite is situated in the middle of town with stunning mountain views. Steps away from numerous restaurants and all the shopping you may need to do.
Couldn't ask for better accommodation in the city center. From the superb customer service from Micu. Easy check-in and out procedures. With early check-in and late check-out, nothing was too much trouble for our host! And the view! Not to mention the space. Especially on the balcony! You won't find better value for your money in the CBD. I couldn't recommend Yvonne's suite enough. Will definitely be back!
Booking was easy and straight forward. Communication with Micu even easier, friendly and quick to respond. The apartment was clean and a lovely comfortable place to stay in. It is situated on one of the higher floors of the building so even though you are right in the middle of Cape Town buzz you don’t get all the noise. Full view of Table Mountain, corner apartment so lovely huge balcony and full windows to enjoy the view of the city. The apartment is safe, and you also have secure parking within the building. All the shops, restaurants and lovely Cape Town vibes are right on your doorstep. I would stay there again and will recommend it to friends. We were able to book in ’n little earlier and also stay a little later, which was very kind of the owner. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much.
This place was nice! Good location in the city and lots to do. The institution was very helpful and friendly and always available if we needed help. The place was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed it and will definitely recommend to other guests.

House rules
- The apartment is in a residential building, therefore noise levels should be reasonable and kept to a minimum after 22:00.- Strictly no parties or social gatherings allowed; guests will be asked to leave immediately if complaints are made regarding any form of misconduct in the apartment and/or the public spaces (pool and gym). No funds will be reimbursed in such a case.
- The apartment is for 2 persons max, however arrangements can be made with the owner for an additional 2 persons max, which will incur an additional cost of R350 per person.
- Parking is limited to 1 vehicle parked in the bay assigned to the apartment. The owner will not take any responsibility for the consequences of parking in a different parking bay (such as clamping or towing of the vehicle).
