3 guests' feedbackBoth fridges were not working properly. Air conditioners were not working properly. We lost a lot of food due to the fridge.
We really enjoyed staying at Zimbali House ZBT1 and would love to come in December.
The agent was not helpful. We tried calling her when we got there, she refused to answer. Then message us and say phone the welcome center if need help after hours. We weren't explained anything, we didn't even know why there was no power until we went asked the security whats going on. And so much of our food got spoilt because we weren't told to put the switch on for the fridge after loadshedding or how it even works.

Please note that we cannot accept bookings without 48 hours' notice before check-in as Zimbali will not allow guests into the property without the necessary notice and thus your booking will be cancelled.Please note that the Zimbali Resort welcome centre has a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest IDs and provide access to the resort.
As a result, bookings with less than 48hour notice cannot be confirmed as guests cannot access the Zimbali estate.
Zimbali requires an ID or passport or driver’s license copy for every guest.
