Zoetendal Street 4 is a spacious self-catering holiday home ideally situated in the heart of Struisbaai. This expansive property could be a great option for a coastal getaway with family and friends as the home has a lovely entertainment area on the top floor and boasts a distant ocean view.

This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. The other 2 bathrooms each have a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The lower level features an open-plan living area with a kitchen which is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a spacious lounge with comfy seating and a Smart TV with streaming services. Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts. There is a gas braai that guests can move outside.

Upstairs is a great entertainment area with a central lounge space, a pool table which converts into a table tennis table, a dart board and another TV. Additionally, this space has a bar with stools, an extra fridge and a built-in braai. Both levels open onto a balcony where guests can enjoy the distant ocean views. Guests are afforded secure parking in a locked garage as well as in the driveway.
