This fully furnished holiday house can accommodate a family of up to 6 guests. This location is aimed at those families who wish to escape from the city and get away to be at one with nature and to spend quality time with family and to relax in a pristine environment. No TV or Wi-Fi is available.
Unfortunately, groups are not permitted as noise, loud music and partying are not tolerated, as this is a private game reserve and not a holiday resort.
The house is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with overhead fans. It has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a separate guest toilet.
The main bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, the second bedroom 2 single beds and the third bedroom a queen-size bed. A single sleeper couch is available in the reading room.
The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals.
The adjacent air-conditioned living area leads out to the veranda, which overlooks the boma and fire pit where guests can enjoy a nice fire and braai. The Clubhouse in the Reserve has a swimming pool and tennis court a few minutes' drive from the house.
Guests can do their own self-game drive or a guided game drive. The guided game drive is done by prior arrangement. With a dedicated guide, for an additional cost. There is a lot more to see.
Please note that this house is not equipped with an alternative energy supply, and so is subject to the prevailing load shedding schedule. The schedule can be requested on the check-in date.

Amazing stay, the owner was very helpful. The house has everything you need and more. Highly recommend staying there. There is no WiFi or television but honestly did not miss it.
We had a special requests from the owners of hosts prior to our arrival, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need, I really did not want for anything else in the house. The owners checked in on us regularly, making sure we were satisfied. I can really recommend this beautiful house for anyone who wants to relax in luxury.
Zwartkloof offers a real wilderness experience nice and close to Pretoria. Within 5 km from the main road between Bela-Bela and Thabazimbi it feels like you are deep in the mountains and wilderness. A game drive to view the exotic animals on the farm added a special dimension. The beautifully manicured picnic and play area, with lap pools, provides a good diversion. We are already planning our next visit!
It is really a very neat and well looked after house. The house is clean, and really in order. Each room has its own bathroom, the kitchen has all items needed, even for a potty. Each room has its own aircon. It was really a peaceful and beautiful house.
Our stay at Zwartkloof was the best. The nature experience was really what my friends and I needed. I will definitely go back again. Enjoyed my time there. And the house is stunning.
We had a wonderful stay. There is plenty of space, nice kitchen with everything you need. All we missed was a swimming pool at home.
The place was clean and equipped with everything that you would need for a self-catering home away from home. The best part about it was it is surrounded by nature and you have no choice but to bond with your loved ones. The stay was everything my friends and I expected. Kaye made sure she communicated everything with me and made our stay very easy. We were constantly visited by the friendly wild pigs and enjoyed their sight.
We had a lovely weekend with my friends. The environment is very peaceful and the house is beautiful.
We enjoyed the house very much, also had babies in camping cots, could sit on the porch and watch piglets. Giraffes also walked past our house. In the house was really what we needed. Also got good service from the owner. Will definitely go again. Our children came from Bahrain for the holidays and enjoyed it very much.

Enjoyed the stay. House was clean and organized. Enjoyed the game drive and peaceful environment.
We as a family group had a great time. The house is neat and comfortable. The third bedroom is not at all recommendable in the summer. The grandchildren really enjoyed visits from the warthogs.
