Also if there was a gate on the balcony doors it would be perfect because the sea breeze was beautiful. To have left doors open late at night would be even better. I suggest fans be replaced, not everyone will use prepaid aircon, overall we enjoyed our stay, especially the pool. Definitely recommend this place, and Priscilla was wonderful and very helpful along with the caretaker, thank you.
Very nice and peaceful area. Security is tight. Apartment quite luxurious.
No, I drove far. The aircon in the master bedroom is prepaid, if it had been said in advance it would not have been a problem. The ceiling fan does not work properly, the dryer does not work, there is no dish cloth, no toilet paper, no fans in small rooms, and the TV in the master bedroom does not work. I am not happy at all. The WiFi is pathetic and goes on and off, and the loadshedding lights don't work.
It has 3 bedrooms, I wish the second bedroom could have a double bed also but we had a marvellous time and we will definitely call again.
Shops, restaurants and entertainment center are nearby.
It is good because the place is near shops and beach at the back, the view of the sea, I will return to the place.

The apartment is very spacious.
Secure complex that is close to everything. Easy access to beach. A bit far from the main beach if you have children who want to swim, but otherwise very convenient and walking distance to the shops.
The apartment could have been laid out a bit more modern with furniture, just wasn't as clean as I had hoped, but definitely value for money!
Would recommend the nice spacious and tidy place for a full family, felt like home.
The stay was great. All necessary facilities were available and the most beautiful view of the sea. Conveniently central and nice and spacious.

Flat was nice and clean with all the amenities required for a holiday. Spacious with a nice view over the sea. Close to shops. Secure parking. We've enjoyed the stay. Just a note on why I rated customer service average: the booking and checking in was without a hitch, but apart from that there is no customer service like cleaning etc. unless one pays extra for it. It didn't bother us as we don't mind doing our own cleaning.

We will stay at 110 L'Escalier again this year. The unit is very clean, neat and tidy. The cutlery and utensils are clean and undamaged. We can recommend this unit to anybody. Value for money and central.
Had such a nice stayed. Large patio ideal for family or friends!
Errors in apartment. Microwave comes on but doesn't heat food. Master bathroom door does not close. The master bedroom's door does not close properly and the slightest breeze blows the door open. Bed in master bedroom is mounted on wheels and if you get on it a little quickly, the bed moves away from the wall and pillows then fall down behind. There is also no shovel to clean up dirt, such as the braai area. I pointed out all these faults to the lady at final inspection. Otherwise the holiday was nice.
We absolutely enjoyed out stay at L'Escalier Cabana, it's a great place for a peaceful weekend and food stores are nearby. The environment is good and i would definitely go back there. The beach is even less than 2 minutes away.
Ideally located next to the beach opposite the shops. Safe parking with remote access control and security. Very close to the highway exit. Nice quiet and just over an hour's drive from Durban.
Baie mooi verwelkom deur opsigter aangenaam verras met kwaliteit meubels deurgaans. Baie dankie ook vir wasmasjien en tuimeldroër, altyd welkom met nat handdoeke en swemklere.
We had a very nice stay. Owner was helpful and helped with everything as well as the people looking after the place were also ready and welcomed us and handed over keys and assisted with information we wanted. All that was unpleasant was the caretaker. Could have elaborated more on rules and not just assumed you know what is what.
Absolutely stunning place and great experience.
The unit is beautiful, arrangements were excellent, but there was a serious leak in the bathroom with the shower - water was leaking through the roof, sometimes trickles, sometimes streams. We reported it several times since Thursday, until we left on Saturday no one came to check. All five of us ended up having to use the bathroom in the master bedroom. The owner certainly suffered damage in the process. The caretaker should be addressed about the slowness of the maintenance team.

Place is very spacious and well equipped.
Had to scramble around to get the number of the caretaker who had the keys to the apartment. After about an hour after our arrival we finally got the number and could only enter the apartment 2 hours after our arrival (after a 9 hour trip). The main bedroom's lights didn't work and the TV control didn't have any batteries. In spite on everything we had a lively stay and a good time in the apartment.

Thank goodness we were on the first floor and not the 7th one because the elevator didn't work. I felt sorry for the other people. I have only one complaint: The lady who helped us that way is not very pleasant and she gave us a parking disc with the date of 2015 on it and because it was such an old date, I didn't think to return it not to give Now she wants to fine me R500 for that. I mailed them back to her this morning by express mail, because really, R500 for a parking sticker with an old date on it. Other than that it was great and I will definitely use your service again.
Very nice place, beautiful view of the sea, house bowl just not working so make sure you know how to climb stairs. Beach for swimming is a 10 min walk away. All eateries close at 9 pm so eat early. Overall it was very enjoyable and the place is ideal for 6 people who want to relax.

We stayed at this place for three days on our family holiday with our 2 kids. The place is very nice and we had everything we wanted. The place can be more clean and looked after. We changed our travel dates and the owner was very understanding and accommodated us.
Friendly reception, all necessary facilities are in the apartment. Not far from the main beach, nice walking distance. Very safe and close to shops. Lovely air conditioning! We will definitely stay here again. Will recommend LekkeSlaap and 110 L'Escalier Cabana to our friends.

We were kindly received by Lani who took us through the apartment and made us feel at home. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need to rest well. Amenities are close to all the shops and in a quiet area, but 50 meters from the most delightful walking beach in Amanzimtoti. Would definitely recommend the accommodation, especially if you want to have a nice holiday and want to be close to all the amenities.
