Baboons are an everyday part of the golf estate. Please make sure that all doors and windows are kept shut and locked when the property is unattended.If baboons have been able to enter the premises during the period of staying and there are damages or cleaning needs to be done as a result of negligence, there will be an additional cost charged for the guests.
Due to the nature of the estate, The Homeowners Association has a zero-tolerance policy on noise levels after 22:00.
Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
