We stayed at the shades over New Year and has a very nice time, the complex is well located near the beach and local shops, the complex is very neat and tidy. we had a very nice time. The unit is well equipped and looked after.
Excellent, easily located close to the North Beach.
Everything was clean and neat. Good linen on beds.
Although the weather didn't cooperate it was still fun. Apartment is very close to the beach (walking distance) and safe. There is unfortunately only one braai area in the complex, but The Shades 14 is 20 m from the area.

This is a rule of The Body Corporate. Failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
