We had a great time. All comments I think they can work on. There were ice containers in the freezer that were empty, they could have filled them with water so that it was ready when you needed ice and we also couldn't locate the main TV's remote. Other than that we had no problems.
There were no issues from management, staff. Staff was friendly and assisted/recommended places to visit around George. Breakfast was out of this world but I would like to suggest it's served up until 11am at least like other hotels.
Great place with a good view of Outeniqua mountains. Location also central in George and also the greater Garden Route.
It is definitely not 4 star as advertised. Very unhygienic to sleep under blankets. Towels had old stains. Some of the lankans have been washed through with holes in them. The gas geyser does not work optimally, two people cannot shower at the same time in different showers. And not enough provision with loadshedding.
We were only in George for 1 night on our way to Plett, and are sorry we couldn't stay another night. Clean, tidy and well equipped with a gas geyser and load shedding lamps. Ronel was very friendly and helpful.

It is probably unavoidable but some of the guests above and next to us were very noisy. The "hospitality bouquet" of the television was unfortunately disappointing and the sound quality was also poor.

Place is very neat, clean and well equipped, shower could have been a bit warmer, but overall was great.

It's not a hotel, and I don't know how it can be called one. The bedding smelled old and our shower was full of hair, a sign that it was definitely not cleaned. There was no staff available when we checked out.
17onWellington has a very convenient location. It had everything we needed. It was a lovely experience. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit George.

Even though I checked in late the reception were very accommodating and I received a warm welcome. The room was clean and organised and very spacious. The overall layout was practical, stylish and elegant; the small garden outside, beautiful. Its a great self help facility and I enjoyed the eco-friendly set-up. I would definitely recommend 17onWellington when visiting George in future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Everything was top notch! Neat and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff! We spent a very pleasant 3 nights there.
When we arrived the place was lovely modern tidy, unless the braai area had no light in and as we paid our full booking they made a mistake and told us we still have to pay an extra amount. We had the invoice indicating we paid full amount so this just spoiled our experience because of their negligence.
Can highly recommend. Neat and well located.
The place is very beautiful and looks very cozy. However, one bed's bedding was dirty/stained and the girl only noticed it after 10.30pm. We work with the guest industry every day, and mistakes like this creep in. However, the feedback from the management is very sarcastic and unhelpful. Management must work on their people relations if they want to promote the hotel.
